Mooi hotel met perfecte locatie in het stadscentrum. We kregen een goeie wegbeschrijving en konden gemakkelijk voor het hotel stoppen om daarna gebruik te maken van de parkeergarage. We hadden een erg ruime kamer met 2 aparte slaapkamers. Heerlijke bedden.
We hebben even moeten zoeken hoe de airco werkte.
La habitación, a primera vista, parecía correcta, limpia y suficientemente cómoda para una estancia de una noche. La ubicación del hotel también es buena para visitar el centro de Logroño.
Mi experiencia fue absolutamente inaceptable. Me asignaron una habitación exterior en la segunda planta, situada justo enfrente de un edificio en obras, a una distancia aproximada de apenas cinco metros. Cuando llegué, vi que había una obra, pero en ningún momento el hotel me informó de la magnitud de los trabajos ni de que comenzarían a primera hora de la mañana.
A las 7:00 me despertaron unos golpes ensordecedores que parecían producirse dentro de la propia habitación. Estaban demoliendo el interior del edificio de enfrente y arrojando desde una planta superior todo tipo de materiales, enseres, carpinterías metálicas y restos de obra a una cuba o camión situado en la calle. El ruido era brutal, continuo y completamente incompatible con el descanso. Nunca había vivido una situación semejante en un hotel.
Había llegado de vacaciones, me había acostado aproximadamente a las 2:00 de la madrugada y había reservado esta habitación precisamente para descansar y levantarme tranquilamente sobre las 10:30, antes de continuar mi viaje por carretera. En lugar de eso, mi descanso quedó completamente arruinado.
Al comunicarlo en recepción, la respuesta fue que la obra era ajena al hotel y que ellos no podían hacer nada. Considero que esa explicación es insuficiente y poco profesional. Evidentemente, el hotel no es responsable de que exista una obra enfrente, pero sí es responsable de informar previamente al cliente y de decidir si una habitación situada a pocos metros de una demolición es adecuada para alojar a alguien.
La recepcionista me indicó además que era la única habitación disponible. Precisamente por eso deberían haberme advertido antes de entregármela: podrían haberme explicado que solo quedaba esa habitación y que existía un riesgo evidente de ruido extremo desde primera hora. Yo habría podido decidir libremente si aceptarla o buscar otro alojamiento.
La obra no había comenzado ese mismo día de forma imprevista.
We loved this hotel! After days of hiking on the Camino, this felt like such a luxurious stay. Comfortable rooms, wonderful location, great breakfast, and the whole place smelled really nice. :)

Perfect location for everything. Bear in mind Logrono - at least the old part - is a small city, and practically anywhere within the pedestrianized section is a good location. One of the staff was extremely helpful in getting our Tesla started when we couldn't because of it being in the depths of the car park where it couldn't access any signal. Room was a good size and quiet.
Some of the staff were a little casual. Very difficult access down to the car park, especially for large cars.

Estuve solo un día en una habitación para 3 adultos, muy amplia, limpia y cómoda, con vistas a la calle. Hacia mucho calor fuera, pero la temperatura dentro era agradable. Está muy bien ubicado.

Nicely restored old house, just off the main plaza and close to the river park, and with lots of places to eat and drink close by. Good sized room with useful fridge, safe, and good light for reading. Pleasant and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Fabulous breakfast.
