Gran hotel , personal atento y amable y localización inmejorable.
Pros:

El hotel es moderno y bonito.
El trato del personal excelente.
Y la ubicación inmejorable , a 5 min del centro.

Cons:

Quizá lo menos bueno es el parking , algo estrecho y oscuro , pero es comprensible por la localización del mismo.

La ubicación muy buena, pero eso hace también que haya mucho ruido por la noche.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Localização excelente: perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Bem central. O quarto era amplo, cabiam as malas e muito mais, o chuveiro era bom, a equipe era atenciosa. Gostamos muito da estadia. Pegamos um quarto casal sem café da manhã e foi bem bom, poiso o café no hotel pareceu com poucas opç~~oes e 16 euos por pessoa.

Cons:

O estacionamento é bem apertado, mas conseguimos estacionar um 5008.

It was ok, not great.
Pros:

The room was big, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was abundant.

Cons:

We couldn’t move the room thermostat. The hotel has it set to hi no lower than 22 Cel.

Also, the young woman at reception was very short with us and did not make us feel welcome. It was a big turnoff when we arrived until we got settled. We had to keep going back to her to ask questions since she didn’t provide the information to us at check in.

We had to ask for extra toilet paper and shampoo. They weren’t refilled by housekeeping even though we were low on supply.

Pros:

Room was big and convenient with a nice balcony and great view, the staff is professional

The hotel need a refresh and is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars; the breakfast is poor quality

Great Stay in the Hart of Logrono!
Pros:

The Sercotel Calle Mayor is a great hotel in a very accessible location in Logrono. The staff are incredibly helpful, from Reception, through to Housekeeping. Everyone was very concerned and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable!
