Computers slow
Elevator not working properly
Il letto era comodissimo. La colazione ok, la posizione in zona tranquilla. Un po’ lontano dalla Broadway dove sono quasi tutti i locali e c’è la movida ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata a piedi di 30 min circa.
La pulizia della camera. In 9 gg sono venuti con una scusa ed un’altra a pulire solo una volta!!!!
El espacio, estaba super limpio y organizado.

the size of the room was immaculate and it had everything you'd ever need!
Not necessarily anyone's fault but we left a poster from a concert in our room and submitted a claim to have it returned and we have heard nothing yet. Again might not be the hotels fault but still a bummer.
Great location, friendly staff.
Pillows were a bit soft for me but that's not a criticism.

Cleanliness
The lady that checked us in asked for our last name, I told her and then she laughed. She indicated I was pronouncing it wrong. I do have a southern accent but dang, I know how to pronounce my own name. It was just uncalled for and rude. Laugh after I leave not to my face.
