Pros:

I've been staying at the Hilton in Ogden for the past 12 year on average once per year. The rooms are great, the staff is nice and welcoming, the poll and the jacuzzi are very nice. It's close to everything, so you can actually walk to places, which is good.

Cons:

They changed things, the main reasons i stayed there was because of the great bacon they had for breakfast :), this time around i was notified that the breakfast buffet doesn't exist anymore, and that breakfast is now a la carte. the second thing they changed was that you can no longer smoke on the outside terrace.

Great place to stay overall but the food and snacks were on the spendy side.
Pros:

Everything was great, Me and my family were very comfortable with everything. The food was really good.

Cons:

I purchased the tickets because it said breakfast was included. When we got downstairs we had to pay for everything. The meals to include the snacks were all upcharged and really expensive compared to other hotels or stores.

A very satisfying stay( not long enough)
Pros:

Location in downtown Ogden (walking distance of historic centre, good choice of reataurants and other services nearby ). Brilliant staff

Cons:

No access from reception to car park, had to haul suitcases via public street to the hotel's private car park

Turned away but was charged for the room.
Pros:

I booked a room and paid for it. I was tired from driving, but the manager could not find my reservation and told me she did not have a room for me. She promised to refund my payment but after 8 days I still have not been refunded!

Cons:

I paid for a night here but was turned away. There was a problem with their computer and they could not give me a room. I paid $188.52 and was assured that it would be refunded. After 8 days it has not been refunded.

Great place very clean & comfortable
Pros:

Love that actual hotel & staff, location of parking & where to pull to get checked in is very chaotic & co fusing. Also computer systems were down durning check in so staff did get having to do everything through signing physical paper information.

Cons:

The parking & pulling for just checking into hotel very chaotic.

Pros:

I came in on July 29 and got some food it was expensive more then what I can afford and the food didn't taste right like it was under cook and some was over cooked and all I asked for a simple breakfast like pancakes eggs and bacon

Pros:

Front desk staff were great at check in and departure. Room was clean and good use of space

Cons:

Food in restaurant was average. I think our waitress might have been in training because she was very forgetful, couldn't remember our orders, silverware, etc. We were one group of only four tables being served, it wasn't busy .
