Convenient for my visits to the PA hospital.
Pros:

The location to PA hospital. Also close to shops.

Cons:

The smoking area right outside my bedroom window so it was quite noisy at times.

I wouldn't stay in a Budget Studio again if I had a choice!
Pros:

The location to the PA Hospital.

Cons:

The bedding had old stains on the sheets & covers, they need to be thrown out & replaced. Also the mattress needs replaced as I could feel the springs sticking out.
The room (14) was a 'Budget Studio' and was very small but it was the last one available! Other guests were very noisy, no fault of the owner.
No off street parking.

Pros:

Love everything about these apartments! We stay every yr for 3 nights & it’s now become a yearly event. But we always stay at these apartments. Everything we need is there including train station Starbucks food choices woolys and more. The staff are super lovely and can only say wonderful things about these little apartments

Love these guys and their great apartments with all that you need
Pros:

We love these apartments! They have everything we need , close to facilities and train station, and we stay every yr!! Love love love the staff and the apartments never have an issue. Thankyou for such a great experience each yr. Will be back next yr

Cons:

Everything! They have enough room for us to do what we need to do, always clean and well set out. The staff are wonderful ( especially Tim), and staying here is now apart of our yearly experience

Pros:

The location was perfect for my husband and I for his surgery at the hospital. The staff couldn't help enough, especially when we are from the country and struggle to find our way around in Brisbane. The room was compact but spacious for us at the same time. There was everything we needed within the room. Pleasantly surprised.

Clean and safe rooms, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Parking can be tricky, and there is quite a bit of noise given the proximity to the hospital. Ear plugs are provided though.

The location had good travel links into the city and shops close by.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition were very poor. There were stains throughout the property, the TV didn’t work, and there was a significant ant infestation in both the kitchen and bathroom—which by the final day had spread to the bed. This meant we couldn’t use the cooking facilities as intended and had to store all food in the fridge, as we were told not to leave anything out. When we raised these issues, the owners were dismissive and made us feel foolish rather than offering a proper solution beyond bug spray. Overall, it felt unhygienic and poorly managed, and the response to our concerns made the experience even worse.

I liked how it was really close to the city and there were shops near by and transport was easy to get

I didn’t like how there were lots of ants in the bathroom and no matter how much we sprayed it hen they kept coming back
