The facilities were overall clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices and easy to get around from the location. Staff were all helpful and responsive, from the front desk, the cleaners and front door security. There were also a variety of bars and restaurants to go to if you chose to stay in.
No issues to comment on.

Het personeel spreekt amper Engels en is niet super vriendelijk of behulpzaam. De gang van onze kamer was énorm lawaaierig door machinegeluiden (verdiep 21). De kamers zijn heel triest ingericht met slechte verlichting. De kamer was oppervlakkig proper, maar verre van perfect. Het hotel geeft een lege en verouderde indruk. Vergane glorie…
De prijs was ook 100USD meer dan de prijs op Booking, zonder deftige verklaring.
Het aanbod van het ontbijt is groot, maar de kwaliteit is gemiddeld.

Housekeeping kept not leaving mats for the bathrooms was a slight inconvenience but it should be standard and elevators are breakfast took so long to come it was frustrating.
