Las habitaciones son gigantes y muy cómodas, las instalaciones generales del hotel son buenas aunque se sienten algo viejas.
Instalaciones de áreas un poco viejas
El desayuno que ofrecen es muy bueno, tiene mucha variedad y la calidad tambien. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el area de la piscina y el jacuzzi fue genial
El rooftop no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia. Adicional el aseo nos parecio muy deficiente, nunca fue consistente, por el contrario nos tocaba llamar siempre a pedir toallas o papel,o botellas de agua o que vaciaran la papelera. Deben mejorar que sea mas consistente y organizado

Cancelaram a reserva 12 horas antes do início da hospedagem, quando eu e minha família já estávamos no aeroporto indo do Brasil para o Panamá, sem nenhuma consideração com o consumidor.

Breakfast was very good and the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
Reception personnel was a disaster. Very unprofessional behaviour from the beginning to the end. Primary school level understanding of how to work in a hotel and deal with guests. Most importantly, we were 'charged' a 50USD deposit upon arrival, that was supposed to be refunded within 72 hours. In reality, there is no trace whatsoever on the bank account about this deposit, but the credit card has attempted several unauthorized purchases since then- we have been victims of a credit card fraud in this hotel and we have escalated this to the local authorities.
