Great hotel, poor communication re updates to booking.
Pros:

Good facilities, centrally located.

Cons:

The poor communication from staff regarding booking updates, which were noted in the check-in form, sent via message to Booking.com, emailed to the hotel website email address and to the concierge email address. No-one responded, which was very frustrating and terrible service in this respect.
