Hotel acogedor con increíble ubicación
Pros:

Hermoso hotel, desayuno muy variado y completo, hotel acogedor con los niños. Sector de piscina agradable para disfrutar en familia.

El servicio de aseo era lento, varias veces tuve que avisar que me fueran a hacer la habitación y se demoraron, el
Letrero de porfavor hacer aseo no funciona.
Tuvimos un problema en el check in y como compensación al resto del grupo le hicieron un upgrade de habitación al piso 31 y a nosotros no, llamé para preguntar porque esa diferencia y quedaron en responderme de vuelta, nunca lo hicieron.
Para hacer una llamada local a una aerolínea tuve que ir al guest service y estar ahí largo tiempo, deberían poder derivar llamadas a la habitación.

Flott hotell med mange fasiliteter
Pros:

Det var enkel tilgang til fasilitetene i bygget og et lite
shoppingsenter. Bassengområdet var bra selv om vannet kunne føles litt kaldt

Cons:

Det var ikke mye å ta seg til i området så man er avhengig av bil til mer interessante områder som Casco Viejo

cost was way more than I was expecting to pay.
Pros:

My stay was very good and the hotel and it staff was great.

Cons:

The only problem that I had was the price quoted on my booking was not the price i paid via my credit card. I added another person to to my room, I was told that it would be a $45 increase and me booking price for 2 persons was $ 143.13 but my card was charged $208.14.

I like how clean the general spaces were kept and the variety of options that were offered on the buffet line daily

Cons:

Housekeeper didn't replace adequate towels for body or hands. Neither did they replace the bathroom floor mat when they did cleaned the bathroom.
