Estive com minha família infelizmente estávamos no hotel bem no momento do terremoto em outubro. Os empregados estavam nas escadas para nos conduzir em todas as evacuações do prédio, distribuíram água para toda população enquanto estávamos no sol quente ao meio ao terremoto. Meu elogio é gratidão a toda equipe que durante tamanho sufoco nos acalmou !
Estuvimos dos noches. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y conecta con el mall . Es un hotel bastante grande . Buen desayuno buena cocina ( un poco caro comer ahi )
Las habitaciones tiene muy poca luz lo cual resulta incómodo .
I stayed during the October 9th earthquake. The experience was very bad.
While all nearby hotels continued to serve their guests, the manager at the Megapolis completely closed all services. We couldn't even buy water.
On top of that, our room was never cleaned and no towels were provided.
We were left completely on our own during an emergency. Very poor emergency management. Not recommended.

La atención es pésima. No estuve la última noche, por el tema del terremoto y aun así cobraron la noche y hasta el momento no he sido notificado de la devolución de los 150 dólares del depósito

I came at 1.20 am to the hotel and had to wait till 2.40am for checking bcz of long line. Only 2 receptionist. When I asked about grace with late check out - they wanted charge $40 for extra 2 hours …. Shameful…
