İlgisiz alakasızlar, hiç bir konuda yardımcı olmuyorlar, soru soruyorsun cevap dahi vermiyor, gülme gülümseme hiç yok. Asla kimseye tavsiye etmem.

Flophouse Favorit in Sofia???
Pros:

closeness to railway station, location on quiet side street.

Cons:

the staff was almost continuously smoking and talking/calling on the phone all afternoon and night at the hotel entrance. Although we had a refreshing rain and thunderstorm it was unpleasant to leave the balcony door open at our fist floor room, because of the foul smoke stench of cheap cigarettes and the talking underneath our balcony. Our request to stop, was ignored. A room at a higher floor with double bed, not available ( asked for it) Is this a flophouse....?
