Pros:

Расположение отеля замечательное.
Персонал доброжелательный. Сотрудники удовлетворили мой запрос о позднем выезде за дополнительную оплату .

Cons:

Пожелания касаются сдвоенного номера ( 228-229 )
Номер нуждался в мелком ремонте. Ручка межкомнатной двери была расшатана настолько , что с трудом закрывалась.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Es war leider nicht abwechslungsreich.
Was uns sehr gestört hat, die Servicekräfte haben immer mit dem gleichen Lappen, ohne ihn auszuwaschen die Tische abgewischt. Sie haben das neue Besteck beim Tisch decken vorn angefasst was man in den Mund nimmt. Desweiteren haben die Servicekräfte das Brot mit bloßen Händen angefasst und in die Box sortiert.

Baño amplio y muy limpio, la habitación no era muy grande pero estaba bien, buen desayuno, y su ubicación excelente, a pasos de la orilla del Danubio y muy cerca de varios puntos de interés. La recepción es un espacio muy agradable y los muchachos de la recepción fueron muy amables y nos ofrecieron ayudar con información de tour.
