Für uns zu unruhig, selbst für eine Nacht
Pros:

Tolle Lage, das Service Personal hat einem den Parkplatz zugewiesen (etwas vom Hotel entfernt, nicht weit) und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Brügge erläutert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wirklich sehr. Das Problem ist, dass bis in die Nacht Leute reinkommen und sich nicht entsprechend verhalten. Das Zimmer war eher dunkel und stickig

Estancia con encanto en el corazón de Brujas.
Pros:

Nos hospedamos dos noches en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Brujas y, en general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, fue la atención del personal. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos; fueron amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La sensación era más la de llegar a una casa familiar que a un hotel tradicional.

La ubicación también es excelente. Se encuentra a pocos minutos caminando de la Plaza Mayor, del Belfort y de los principales atractivos del centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer la ciudad cómodamente a pie. El desayuno nos gustó mucho: no era excesivamente grande, pero sí variado, bien preparado y con un ambiente acogedor.

Cons:

Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, reservamos habitaciones en el hotel principal, pero finalmente nos alojaron en una casa anexa ubicada detrás del edificio principal. La casa era amplia y cómoda, pero las habitaciones estaban distribuidas en los pisos superiores y había que subir escaleras bastante empinadas, algo que puede resultar incómodo para quienes viajan con maletas pesadas o tienen dificultades de movilidad. Es información que me habría gustado conocer antes de la llegada.

Durante nuestra estancia también tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con el agua caliente y la calefacción. El personal nos ayudó rápidamente cada vez que lo necesitamos, pero al estar alojados en la casa anexa debíamos salir al exterior para ir hasta la recepción, lo que resultaba poco agradable debido al frío.

A pesar de estos detalles, la calidez del personal, la ubicación y el ambiente acogedor hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy positiva.

Hôtel atypique
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, nous avions réservé 2 chambres et nous avons un appartement très grand avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains . Tout était parfait, très bon petit déjeuner
