Very solid option for Luanda
Pros:

Since i was there back in 2021 and 2022, I knew already, It is a safe option in Luanda, rooms are very clean, good in size, staff very nice and professional, food is also good.

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

I had to pay $797 for 4 night stay. I paid $400 in cash and the difference with my credit card.
But when I Checked my credit card statement, they charged me around $480, that is $80 more than I should pay.

I had a booking from 23 to 26. I checked in on 23 Nov and I paid for the 3 nights but I found the internet was slow and the room was noisy. The AC is split.
Joining the meeting was not good because of the poor internet.
I checked out after a few hours and moved to another hotel.
When I asked the reception to charge me one night and refund me the other 2 nights, they refused and asked me to contact booking.com
I contacted booking.com who called the hotel but the hotel refused to change the dates and make it for one might.
So, I paid for 3 night and stayed few hours.
They could charge me one night and consider it as if I didn't show up.
