Pros:

They went out of their way to get us a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am and had snacks ready for us that early before leaving. Gave us excellent service to get dinner close by delivered to our room and complimentary shuttle from the ship. We will recommend this again!

Hot water was screwy.

Cons:

When I arrived at airport, I called the property as instructed and went to the pickup spot. What they did not tell me was that there are TWO Hampton Inns with different shuttles. I got on the first one that arrived only to find out at the property that it was the wrong place. I had to wait another half hour for the shuttle to the correct place. The staff was somewhat dismissive saying that this happens often. There was another couple who also was directed to the wrong property. The person I spoke to on the phone AND the van driver said nothing about this

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Little shop was very handy for a tired traveller to buy a frozen meal to microwave in the room
Shuttle service to and from the airport was so useful as was the private hire shuttle availability to the cruise terminal

Pros:

I loved how clean this hotel was, the friendly staff, and the breakfast! I am very OCD about germs, because I am a mom of 3 young children who like to touch everything, and I wiped down the room with lysol when we arrived and there was no dirt on the wipes which says a lot. The linen was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly each time I asked questions or requested something, and the my kids loved the breakfast!

Very clean, good snacks, and great vibes. Dora at the front desk was amazing, professional, friendly, and made check in effortless. Give that woman a raise! If raises aren’t in the budget, at least give her unlimited snacks because she’s a big reason this place gets 5 stars from me. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
