Pros:

There were 3 of us and the room was spacious, and the queen bed had the nightstands on both sides of the bed, and one next to a sleep sofa. Lately we have been experiencing that most hotels that charge much more money per night have only one nightstand in the room with a queen or a king bed.
Also, the bed and the sleep sofa were comfortable, and the room was clean.

I liked the location and the size of the room.

Cons:

It was out dated, wallpaper was peeling, it smelled like a fire was once in the room and lampshades were damaged and the bed was old and made noises on every move

I really like Nick who was the front desk agent. He was very friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful

Cons:

As indicated that your front desk, the swimming pool, Jim and other additional facilities were unavailable. Although this was not mentioned on the extraneous sites that advertise your property, you did, contrary to the LA quinta, make me aware of the fact that these things were not available and I could have my reservation canceled with no impact to my credit card. I did like the transparency in that notice although I wish the facilities were available. That is the only thing that I didn't like

To be honest, I didn't like anything about it the guy at The counter was very rude and failed to tell me before I put my card in the machine.To pay he waited until after I paid to tell me that the pool did not work.Then when I asked him for a refund , he was very rude and disrespectful and said I couldn't get one , which is wrong when it false advertisement on the website said the pool was there and working.It didn't say nothing about it.Being shut down and not in work order. at all

WELL, WHEN I BOOKED THIS ROOM, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CONJOINED ROOM. ALSO I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THE POOL WAS BROKE AND SHUT DOWN FOR THE YEAR, BUT I WAS TOLD BY OTHER PATRIOTS IN THE BUILDING THAT IT'S BEEN OUT OF COMMISSION FOR MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR AND THE SITE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE POOL, NOT BEING THERE, I ASSUMED SINCE IT WAS A QUALITY. IN IT HAD ITS POOL. AND IT\NWAS WORKING BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE SAYING IT WASN'T WORKING the air conditioning work in one room , and I had my kids with me and we were crossroads , cross the hallways when we were supposed to have next door rooms

When I went into the room there was blood on the sheets. They changed the top sheet but left the blood stained mattress cover on. It was gross. They never changed sheets and tried to hide it seems to me.
