Piscina increible, mala insonorizacion
Pros:

La piscina, es mejor que en las fotos. La han debido de reformar hace poco y es genial.

Cons:

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones: se notaba cuando alguien estaba en el pasillo y hablaba en un tono normal, lo cual no hizo que el descanso fuese bueno

Hôtel à oublier sur Suances
Pros:

Rien à part peut être le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La restauration qui est digne d’une cantine scolaire. Le repas du soir est à fuir surtout s’il y a des cars (3) de touristes Pour un hôtel 4 **** je mets la note de 2. Il faut demander de renouveler les plats pour voir arriver une assiette avec des œufs dur coupés en deux. Impensable et le personnel s’en fout

La piscina

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas , le sobran dos por lo menos. Recepción ok. Pero las comidas dejan mucho que desear. Fritos y embutidos para la cena, y reposición muy lenta.

La habitación no estaba súper limpia y estaba frente a recepción por lo que se escuchaban todas las llamadas del resto de huéspedes y cómo los huéspedes entraban, salían, iban al desayuno…

Imposible descansar, sábanas con manchas, colchón y almohada terribles, aire sin funcionar

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y zona de ambiente.

Cons:

El personal de la limpieza nos despertó dos días de tres (la tercera fue doningo) con sus voces de pasillo a habitación, moviendo muebles sin cuidado alguno yendo y viniendo ... no habíamos visto un hotel donde comenzaran a esas horas y sin el más mínimo cuidado de molestar a los huéspedes. La ropa de cama tenía manchas amarillas. Las paredes son de papel y oíamos a los huéspedes de la habitación contigua sin dejarnos poder descansar por la madrugada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos hemos asado porque la habitación era demasiado calurosa, teniendo que dormir con la ventana abierta aunque entraran moscas. El colchón horrible y las almohadas finísimas. No repetiremos.

Repetiría sin lugar a dudas!!
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas.
Parking privado gratuito para clientes que se agradece mucho. Cercano a la playa y no muy alejado de los sitios de interés.
Instalaciones comunes excelentes resaltando la piscina de la que hemos podido disfrutar.
Desayuno amplio y variado.
Atención de todo el personal excepcional, salvo el de una camarera de sala ( Marta ) cuyo trato hacia el cliente y hacia sus propios compañeros deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

Podría mejorarse un poco la variedad de la cena. A mí parecer se queda escasa
El horario del desayuno empieza muy tarde ( 8.30)

La cama súper incomoda, te duele la espalda.con los muelles. Habitación con mucho calor y no funciona el aire, la televisión súper pequeña y sin conexión a Internet....creo que se le tendría que caer alguna estrella 🙈

Mooie ruime kamer, vernieuwd zwembad is prachtig! Helaas niet kunnen zwemmen door slecht weer.
Airco en gratis wifi aanwezig. Heel fijn restaurant (kaizen) op 2 min rijden, aangezien wij geen fan zijn van buffet
