Me gustó el trato del personal
La limpieza pésima y la comida muy bajo nivel y escasa variedad.
Hotel céntrico y tranquilo además con parking. La habitación espaciosa y en mi caso no se oían ruidos. Me gustó mucho la zona de la piscina, que está recién reformada y con una piscina nueva infinita.
El bufet. Cuando llegamos muchas de las bandejas estaban vacías y hubo que pedir y esperar a que las llenasen. Pienso que tendrían que renovarlas de continuo, sin que sea el cliente quien tenga que pedirlo.

El fuerte olor a móho y humedad que sube de las plantas inferiores por la escalera arriba impregnándolo todo. Se lo dijimos al director y nos contó una película extraña y no soluciono nada.

El desayuno, mesas sin montar, mesas sin limpiar, bandejas de comida sin reponer, sin opiniones de tipos de pan, cuatro barras de pan para que se las cortara cada uno, un.poco de pan donde. Los zumos ,sin comentarios.
La ubicación, la piscina y las habitaciones estaba bien !!!
La restauración no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno de baja calidad, tardaban en reponer lo que se agotaba. El bar de la piscina el personal lento e inexperto.
Lo que más el hotel en general por fuera
Olía a humedad todo y no estaba limpio, no tienen cuidados ciertos aspecto para ser un hotel de este precio y de cuatro estrellas, los cuadros colgados torcidos, las lámparas tb, moho alrededor del plato de ducha, manchas en las toallas, el olor a humedad hasta en el ascensor…
