Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults. Breakfast is not included.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card (TAM) and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.
Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, provided they comply with the pet policy, for an additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night (taxes not included). A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. Upon check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last six months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pit Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. Only dogs are allowed, and food and water bowls are available for loan.
For guide dogs, a certificate issued by CONADIS (or a competent authority) attesting to the need for assistance must be presented. If this certificate is not provided, the corresponding fee for the pet's stay will be charged.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room.

El desayuno fue excelente, riquísimo... las bebidas en el bar exquisitas... novedosas! La ubicación del hotel muy buena... las instalaciones de lo mejor! Con un clima agradable, comida deliciosa, un trato super amable, ya tenemos ganas de volver!!!
Esto no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino con las afueras... la presencia de basura en las calles deslucen la bella ciudad...!
La ubicación excelente, la piscina también muy relajante.

Great hotel and restaurant in an excellent location for tourists. It's right across from the beautiful Plaza de Armas, near the Ransom Room, museum, 2 cathedrals and steps to the Apolonia Park. It's a quick drive to Otuzco and a bit longer up to Cumbemayo. It's a lovely city with a wonderful vibe. It was my second stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious, plenty of wifi and hot water, the world cup was playing at the bar and meals were delicious from the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel in Cajamarca.

Rooms facing the street are very noisy despite double glazing. If you need a quieter room, ask for a room facing away from the street

La atencion en el comedor deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, la musica en la piscina es tan fuerte que no se puede descansar. Las habitaciones parecen divididas por drywall, se sentia todo el ruido de la habitacion del costado
