Important information:

Children aged 4 to 11 stay free of charge when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults. Breakfast is not included.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card (TAM) and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.

Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, provided they comply with the pet policy, for an additional fee of USD 38 per pet per night (taxes not included). A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are permitted. Upon check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent authority) confirming that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last six months.
In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pit Bull Terriers, Dogo Argentinos, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted. Only dogs are allowed, and food and water bowls are available for loan.
For guide dogs, a certificate issued by CONADIS (or a competent authority) attesting to the need for assistance must be presented. If this certificate is not provided, the corresponding fee for the pet's stay will be charged.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room.

Convenient location with a superb restaurant. Be aware of potential street noise.

Central location on the Plaza de Armas. Superb restaurant - easily the best restaurant we experienced in Cajamarca.

Cons:

Rooms facing the street are very noisy despite double glazing. If you need a quieter room, ask for a room facing away from the street

que me han congelado y descontado US$ 263.00 de mi cuenta y aun no me descongelan; me indican que no es problema de Uds. que lo vea con mi banco, pero ahi sale el nombre del HOTEL y el mensaje como garantia del hospedaje, hasta este momento sigo en espera.

Awesome food. Make sure you book a room the faces away from the road

Excellent restaurant - great food. Being on the Plaza de Armas could be good if your a tourist

Cons:

Very noisy. Despite having double glazed windows the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep without interruption from car alarms, dogs barking etc. Had a cold shower one morning (even after waiting 5 minutes for hot water to arrive) and lukewarm showers on other days.
