La habitación y el buen trato del personal
Hay que mejorar el desayuno y tener cuidado con los productos que se malogran
El personal siempre atento y con una sonrisa.... lucia la recepcionista muy atenta y cortez.....las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas adecuadas para dormir bien, ducha caliente ....muy limpio todo.... el desayuno tambien muy bueno.....
En si la habitación que me toco no tenia iluminación natural..... el ascensor y las chapas de las habitaciones pienso q ya se deberían renovar...

Cama puede ser mucho mas comoda y mejorar isonorización. Se escucha personas hablar en pasillo o habitación del costado.

Quizás el área de la piscina habían ciertas manchas verdes por la loza en algunas partes, sin embargo la mayoría se encontraba limpio en un 90%

PEOR AHORA QUE LAS CALLES DE PIURA Y QUE RODEAN ESTAN DESTRUIDAS Y ESTAN EN PLENAS REPARACIONES, LA INSTALACION DESCUIDADA FALTA MANTENIMIENTO, EN LAS HABITACIONES HUELEN A HUMEDAD, DEMASIADO OSCURAS, EL AIRE ACONDICONADO. SUENA COMO MOTOR VIEJO. EL ASCENSOR APENAS Y SUBE LENTOOOO. EN LA RECEPCION FALTA AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Y A LAS SEÑORITAS DE RECEPCION AL HUESPED SINCERAMENTE LES FALTA MAYOR EDUCACION , ORIENTACION Y ATENCION DE BUENA GANA A SUS CLIENTES. SINCERAMENTE CON TODO RESPETO NO REGRESARIA A ESTE HOTEL..... EXISTEN OTROS COSTA DEL SOL DE MAYOR CALIDAD Y COMODIDAD Y SOBRE TODO MUY BUEN SERVICIO.
Muy agradable, pero debería extender el horario de la piscina por lo menos hasta las 21:00.

En la media limpieza olvidaron reponer las toallas q se llevaron pero sobreviví 😀
