Very central to trains and canal!
The staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the shower worked perfectly and wasn't cramped. Had more than enough room to open my luggage.
Best thing was the free water bottles in the lobby
The blinds are too thick. Either you let them stay open and don't get privacy, or shut them closed and won't get any sunlight when you wake up.

Der Weg zum Hotel vom Gare de l'Est hat sich teilweise etwas unsicher angefühlt
In unserem Zimmer hat das Fenster leider nicht richtig geschlossen und daher war es relativ laut von draußen
Kein Aufzug, was den Weg in den 3. Stock mit Koffern mühsam machte

Tolles Hotel mit super leckerem Frühstück und schönen Zimmern. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr sympathisch.

Great location. 2 minutes from Canal St Martin, 5 mins from Gare de L'Est. Great bus and metro connectivity. Plenty of rental bikes available and great walks along the canal.

Friendly staff, excellent and helpful service in restaurant and bar, very convenient position and short walk from gard du nord, room as shown and described in advert, a useful base to explore Paris from.
It didn’t have a lift but our case was carried up to room for us so did not present a problem for us.
Staff were very welcoming. The hotel was relatively easy to find and was within great proximity from the main station at Gare du Nord. Good distance away from the hustle and bustle of the main station, but also close enough to walk to.
I would have preferred a queen bed over two single beds joined together, as the seam lines in the middle can become very uncomfortable on the back.

Le fait que l'hôtel ait refusé le remboursement suite a l'annulation (3 jours avant l'arrivée) et pretende qu il ne puisse rien faire car je suis passee par booking.
Pas très grave, d'autres hotels plus quali sont sans le quartier. Et ils perdent un client regulier (mon conjoint y sejournait régulièrement pour le travail notamment)
