Wonderful service from the concierge. Great location and safe area. Amazing facilities and room service by the staff. The air condition and room is breathable and comfortable. Quiet sound proof even near the Main Street. It was the best hotel we stayed.
Lack of the elevator service but the staff helped carrying the luggage for us.
Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Most staff in restaurant at dinner also very helpful and friendly although not the waiter at breakfast who seemed to ignore us.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed during the heat wave and our room was refreshingly cool and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, the restarant was delicious, and our overall experience was exceptional.
Great room with enough room for three adults and two kids. The staff was very friendly, and although the breakfast selection wasn't the largest, it was very tasty. The location is great too, close to the north train station, but the surrounding area is clean (did not give off bad vibes like some areas near train stations).
The sheets of the bed were not the most comfortable, and the bathroom had no fan.

Really lovely staff and great rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was great. Loved the thoughtful little touches such as the l'occitane toiletries and macarons
The bed was a bit soft but that's personal taste
