Probably will look elsewhere next time I visit the area.
Pros:

The staff were nice and the room attendants were very professional.

Cons:

The place seems to be "slipping" in overall amenities. The lobby bar/snack area was not stocked at all. The Breakfast was subpar ( I decided to go to a nearby Panera since the breakfast did not appear to be edible- runny eggs, no cereals, etc.,). The staff were nice but the clientele appeared "sketchy" and I did not feel safe waiting in the lobby for my ride.

Pretty awesome!!!
Pros:

In days of AI, it is wonderful to have personal interactions with staff and have it be awesome! Vee was a rockstar and all peronell could not have been kinder or helpful. Boston has a rep as a rough town…after our first night here I LOVE BOSTON cause of the staff here!!!

Pros:

Pretty incredible hospitality by Vee. If you want a hotel to feel like home, she will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. She has great spirit. Super friendly. Any business would be lucky to have her.
