Keine Toleranz beim Feühstück.Pünktlich wurde 9.30 alles im Eiltempo abgeräumt.Sogar der Cafe Frisch gebrühtet Cafe wurde 9.30 entfernt.!!

bed had bugs and dirty stains on the blankets and blood stains on the towels showers not fully cleaned they never change bed sheets make it look like they did but didnt i witnessed myself .
Braintree was a great central location to plan our visits throughout Boston Metro area, including Boston Harbor, Freedom Trail, Cambridge, Salem, Cape Cod, Brookline, Marth's Vineyard. Braintree offered many amenities from shops, restaurants and other services. Hyatt Place Braintree provided exceptional accommodation, as usual, along with delicious breakfast buffet and super staff service during our stay.
Breakfast selections were decent, but I thought 9:30 is a little early to end and staff started putting things away at 9:15, so really it didn’t even go until 9:30.

Only two elevators for six stories and a long walk to your room makes for a less pet-friendly experience. Add to that the pet walking area was back on the other side of the hotel as the rooms, meaning you walk all the way to the elevators, down to the lobby, outside and then back to the other side of the hotel to walk your pet.
Our 2nd floor room was water damaged by the room above it while we were out to dinner and we were told the only other available room in the hotel had twin beds and a bathtub up on the fifth floor instead of the king room (with a walk-in shower) we paid for. Not the end of the world but some offered accommodation would have been nice rather than paying for a king bed we didn’t get.
