Standard Deteriorating
Pros:

When we checked in, the system was down; had to wait, then they gave us a Ground Floor room; we requested an upper floor, they gave us 5th Floor. Room toilet niagara was dripping, was fixed later. Bathroom no proper ventilation. Carpet smelly needed to be replaced. Wall sockets in bad shape. Some USB sockets did not work. No writing pads or pens. Telephone not working. Outside noise at 4:40am from garbage trucks emptying garbage containers very loudly, not caring about sleeping hotel clients. Hotel standard deteriorated from 3 years ago when we had a great stay.

I will definitely be back!
Pros:

Close to things, but set back enough to not feel like you’re in a busy area. It also appeared to be newly renovated which was very nice! Near several restaurants too

Cons:

I did see a mouse in the hallway…and the ice machine on 4th floor wasn’t working

It used to be good, but not anymore.

Cons:

I have been coming to this hotel since 2019, and it has been deteriorating. The rooms are getting outdated, and the Wi-Fi is an absolute disaster—it doesn't connect and constantly freezes. When you travel here from another continent for business reasons, reliable Wi-Fi is crucial! The breakfast is also getting poor; on Sunday, there were only half-ripe, green oranges, and bananas were only available on Tuesday—nothing on the other days. I don't know what is going on with the management of this hotel. Back in 2019, it was decent, but now it's just not anymore!"
