Nos dieron una habitación bastante vieja con una moqueta muy deteriorada, no había enchufes cerca de la cama, la luz era muy escasa, el techo del recibidor estaba muy sucio, la pared donde se coloca la tarjeta estaba sin revestimiento del roce de las manos y no había buen olor en la habitación
Al quejarnos a la recepción nos dijo que podía habernos cambiado pero pienso que esa habitación no deberían ofrecerla.
Cerca del Aeropuerto, aunque debido a diferentes cortes de calles fue una odisea llegar al hotel

I stayed at Hotel Don Luis for one night because of its convenient location near Madrid Airport. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and did not match the standard I expected for the price.
Throughout the night, there was repeated banging noise coming from outside my room, which disturbed my sleep several times. For a hotel used by travellers staying overnight before or after flights, having a reasonably quiet environment is very important.
I also noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor and around the elevator, which made the common areas unpleasant. In addition, the carpet in my room was visibly dirty and appeared to need a more thorough cleaning.
Overall, I expected a cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable stay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for the money.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with noise, cleanliness, and cigarette smoke in the common areas, as these can have a significant impact on guests' comfort and sleep.
La cercanía al aeropuerto. Menos de diez euros al T1 & T2 a las 04:00.

Ideal si tienes vuelos desde Barajas a horas poco habituales. Personal amable. Tiene mini nevera, útil si viajas con medicación que necesite frío.
Está bastante envejecido, no hay enchufes en la zona de mesillas, la moqueta está destrozada.
