En primer lugar, nos equivocamos nosotros reservando ya que la habitación tenía baño externo. Y fue literal. Había que salir de la habitación para ir al baño. El baño HORRIBLE, nada más levantar la tapa, estaba súper sucio con aguas fecales… no lo habían limpiado… Quisimos obviamente cambiarnos de habitación a una con baño incorporado y al no haber disponibilidad pedimos amablemente una solución para tener un reembolso parcial para poder irnos a otro hotel. El resultado? Un empleado vacilándonos por WhatsApp diciendo que el manager no estaba en Florencia y que no lo iba a llamar para eso. Cogimos las llaves y nos fuimos a otro hotel, y al día siguiente nos encontramos con varios mensajes amenazándonos de que llamarían a las autoridades si no devolvíamos las llaves (cuando la habitación todavía era nuestra y lo único que queríamos era una solución u si no pues manteníamos nuestra habitación para que no la pudieran alquilar de nuevo y lucrarse más) fuimos a hablar con el empleado y nos dijo que cada semana le pasa lo mismo con los clientes que reservan esa habitación y por eso se pusieron serios por malas experiencias anteriores. En definitiva, no os recomiendo este hotel, porque las habitaciones son súper pequeñas y claustrofóbicas. Os recomendaría por el mismo precio iros a otro, como hicimos nosotros, que estaba cien veces mejor, en nuestro caso fuimos al St.James y ni punto de comparación!!!

Posizione, servizio pulizia. Cortesia sempre, nessun problema, nessun extra costo per tenere i bagagli all'arrivo o alla partenza. Ci tornerei.

Cons:

Essendo un vecchio palazzo ci sono alcune limitazioni di geometria e spazio (bagno) ma va bene così, niente di particolare da segnalare.

Perfekte Lage, schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und gut ausgestattetes Bad. Die Getränkeversorgung war super.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Informationen über WhatsApp waren sehr hilfreich.

Das separate Bad war nicht so optimal.
Die Fenster schützen gar nicht vor Lärm von draußen.

Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Lage und das Personal sind ausgezeichnet, obwohl wir zur Hauptsaision reisten und wussten, dass es teuerer sein wird, war im Vergleich für das was wir bezahlt (165 euro pro Nacht DZ ohne Frühstück) haben das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keineswegs stimmig. Die erste Nacht waren wir in Zimmer 5 untergebracht, welches direkt unter der Wasserpumpe liegt, die in 5 Minutentakt Tagvund Nacht arbeitet und dabei laute Brumm-Geräusche verursacht. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurden wir daraufhin in
Zimmer 3 untergebracht. Jenes liegt zur Strasse hingelegt, direkt über einer Bar war somit auch laut und zudem eigwntlich ein Einzelzimmer. Es gibt nur ein Lichtschalter auf einer Bettseite und an beiden Seiten des Bettes ca 30 cm Abstand zur Wand. Sprich es ist ein sportlicher Akt ins Bett zu steigen und es wieder zu verlassen.
