Cons:

- had to wait 15 minutes for the check-in, with only one staff in attendance (in a big hotel...!
- parking is completely full, usually no available sport for hotel guests, most annoying
- everything seems to work still in accordance with former communist standards
- room had only a small window, was very dark
- could hear all (!!) noises from the bathroom of the adjacent room
- nearly no space to walk around the bed
- food at restaurant is really terrible, probably my worst experience in Slovakia

Výborné,nechcelo sa nám ísť domov,mali sme aj možnosť využiť lanovky,a kúpaliská,čo sme aj spravili.

Äldre, lite slitet men klassiskt hotell
Pros:

Klassiska gammalt hotell som nog sett sina allra bästa dagar. Bäst var det förhållandevis nya spa:t med stora bassänger och lugnt tempo. Frukosten var bra om än inte extraordinär men allt fanns och lite till. Hyrde ett litet enkelrum som var mycket litet men funktionellt. Personalen var överlag trevlig och hjälpsam. Fina omgivningar och supercentralt läge.

Cons:

Parkeringen var för liten men det är såklart svårt att hitta nya ytor i det kuperade området. Kom med elbil och det fanns två st laddare men man var tyvärr tvungen att ladda upp 25 euro som säkerhet, något som normalt hanteras genom en reservation på kreditkortet (men inte här). Går att överföra tillbaka till bankkonto det belopp som blir kvar men det är stökigt. Hissen var också sliten och gammal.

Sehr schönes Grandhotel in traumhafter Landschaft
Pros:

Schön renoviertes altes Grandhotel im romantischen Stil. Super Lage in Bahnhofnähe im Ortszentrum, trotzdem ruhig. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, ausreichend Parkplatze. Sehr schönes, großes Spa und Saunalandschaft. Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Spa nur über Stiegen erreichbar. An manchem Detail im Zimmer sieht man, dass die letzte Renovierung schon einige Jahre zurückliegt.

Beautiful hotel in the Tatras
Pros:

Lovely old hotel with new pool and spa area. Liked the bar in the pool and the different saunas.
Location great as very close to gondola for access to walks. Also close to restaurants although hotel bar also very good.
Great breakfast and wonderful views.
