Fantastic historic hotel - great scenic location - fine facilities - unremarkable dining experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. Train and funicular stations are just a few minutes walking distance away. The view from our room overlooking the valley was magnificent. Our "deluxe" (category) room was spacious and nicely appointed.
The pool/spa area was also very nice with a fine selection of pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room that were very nice as well.

Cons:

We were very surprised that most all of the rooms have a bathtub (which is very large and comfortable) but lacking proper shower facilities. The handheld shower option behind the partial glass partition is awkward & cumbersome to use. It would be nice if there was a proper shower stall. In the restaurant the staff is very (at times over attentive) clearing away dishes, yet it takes a long time for the waiter to come a take a drink order. One day we waited just under 30 minutes (having already consumed our appetizer, soup and salad, until I went directly to the bar counter to place my drink order. Then every time at the end of the meal, I had to hunt down a staff member to sign our bar tab at the end of the meal. The buffet meals for the inclusive breakfast and dinner were good but not exceptional, as we would have had expected from a 4 star Grand Hotel.

That was a great stay, I would stay longer if I knew it’s so amazing
Pros:

Location is great, considering it’s a small village, any would be good, but Granhotel is nearly 5 mins to train station and 1 minute to a cable car

Cons:

All was good, the only thing is that SPA works only from 15 to 21. Returning from a big hike around 19 gives a very little possibility to enjoy

Sklamanie- škoda historický hotel, výborná lokalita
Pros:

Páči sa mi poloha a historický vzhľad hotela. Bolo fajn, že pri večeri hrala gitaristka.

Cons:

Nemáte zabezpečené parkovacie miesto aj keď ste ubytovaný. Nejde o to, že si ho musíte extra zaplatiť, ale ani Vám ho nezabezpečia, čo znamená, že pri plnom parkovisku si máte hľadať parkovisko!!! Non sense. Izba bola extrémne malá a sprchový kút už zažil najkrajšie časy v 90tych rokoch. Nefungoval výťah. Večera priemerná. Nič ohorujúce z gurmánskeho zážitku. Celkový dojem- sklamanie

Minden kritériumnak megfelelt!Külön máshoz nem hasonlítható miliő lengi körül a szállodát!

régi hangulatot idéz-Nyugalom vesz körül mindent.Többször jártunk már itt.A jövben is elátogatunk még ide!

Ako hosť, ktorý v hotely už v minulosti viackrát bol musím povedať že to ide u Vás dole kopcom!
Človek by očakával zlepšené služby pre zákazníka no tu je to opačne.

Parkovné - extra platba (v minulosti bolo zahrnuté v cene)
...
Na druhej strane ste pridali vankúše na posteľ 😀 napočítal som ich 10.
Stačilo by 2-4🤣
V budúcnosti sa pozriem asi po inom hotely aj keď je pravda, že lokalita mi veľmi vyhovuje.
