Pros:

Top Lage, herrliche Aussicht, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer benötigen ein Teil der Fliesen und Siliconfugen im Duschbereich dringend eine Erneuerung. Das hätte ich mir anders gewünscht. Aber sonst war alles bestens.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht
Cons:

Im Fitnessbereich gibt es lediglich ein Laufband, ein Stepper und eine Rudermaschine. Ansonsten nur ein paar Hanteln, sehr enttäuschend! Die Standard Zimmer sind so klein, dass man an keiner Stelle des Zimmers ein normal großen Koffer aufklappen kann. Das Badezimmer ist Fenster los und nachdem geduscht wurde ist der Spiegel 10 Minuten lang beschlagen!

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Wiener Caffee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr kompetentes Personal am Empfang. Super Massageteam im SPA Bereich.

Cons:

Leider keine Minibar im Zimmer.
Als Saunagänger haben wir die Dampfsauna vermisst.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage war prima. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Man musste nicht lange warten und bekam einen Tisch zugewiesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das man an der Station für Eierspeisen anstehen musste. Eine Person dort zu wenig. Der Pool war zu kalt. 18€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz ist einfach zuviel.

Frühstückspersonal top. Gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Service lassen schwer nach über die Jahre. Angesprochen auf die fehlende Auflage für die Gartenliege bekomme ich die Antwort: Holen Sie sich drei Decken aus dem SPA- Bereich!" Defekte Vorhänge und dreckige Toilettendeckel. Nicht für diesen Preis!
