Location ok for visiting Harrisburg

Cons:

Room was unacceptable by any standards. Mold in bathroom led to sore throat and coughing all the next day. Air conditioning smelled like mold... just awful. Pool room is not being kept up. Plants are dying...hot tub is out of order. Manager would not refund second night as "housekeeping was gone and the room couldn't be re-rented", Housekeeping was seen throughout our check-out, so that was not truthful. This room,204, should not be rented to anyone! Completely UNACCEPTABLE!

Indifferent staff, neglected facilities, and inflated event pricing, led to a Horrible experience
Pros:

Horrible stay this time. How a place can go completely downhill in a year is beyond me.

Cons:

1. The mattress on the bed was completely broken. Requested it be replaced, requested to speak to a manager... got neither. 2. Electrical outlets between the beds did not work. 3. Lamp by the bed did not work and had obviously been rewired and looked to be a fire hazard. 4. Bathroom door latch/lock did not work and showed obvious signs of distress on the door. 5. Water pressure at the bathroom sink was only a trickle. 6. Hot Breakfast was cheap and poor and repeated. The juice machine wore an "Out of Order" sign for our stay (3 days) and no other beverage was offered except coffee which was usually both empty or cold. Other facilities also were posted as "Out of Order". 7. Wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. 8. Staff was indifferent to reported problems and a Manager never responded to my request to speak to one. 9. Room was never serviced during our stay. I have photos of all.

The staff were accommodating and the location was good for getting to nearby attractions.

Cons:

The rooms were in need of some repair and upkeep. The fire sprinkler was exposed in two of the rooms.

This was perfect for a one night stay.

Friendliness of staff, room comfort and cleanliness, sense of safety, location.

Cons:

Some of the features are old and/or outdated. There are cracks in some of the bathroom floor tiles. The back door is difficult to open from the outside.

Cons:

Floors had stains in hallway
Pool was disgusting and hot tub not working and disgusting. Bed felt broken.
Stairwell smelled and was horribly stained. Asked for a refund and was denied over text.
We left and didn't even stay the night. We lost 140 some dollars. Very disappointed especially in the pool that the pictures looked great online. My children were very disappointed.
