Was easy to find. Breakfast was really good. Entrance looks newly updated and great.
The rest of the property looks very tired. Rooms were run down and kinda dirty. Pool area needs some TLC too.
The pool, bed was comfortable, and price was good
First room smelled like vomit, moved immediately. Second room bathroom had mold around the tub, the bathroom door did not shut-the bottom of door stuffing kept coming out.
Saturday night 6.27.26 the evening receptionist with London blonde hair with greenish blue coloring on bottom half told me the towels were being washed, I asked how long. She went on back and pulled 3 out of a drier. No professionalism.
We will not return.
The facility was nicely decorated and in a good location. I especially liked the Independence Day decor.
I felt the front desk gentleman on Tuesday morning was way overworked and could barely keep up with the demands of the breakfast area. Should have been another worker for early am shift. That said, he did a fairly good job. No tea bags!!

It wasn’t very clean
The La Quinta was conveniently located in a reasonable distance from Hershey Park where we were attending a concert. The traffic in and out of Hershey Park was , but we expected that from previous visits. This hotel gave us the opportunity to explore the area a little bit before the concert and wake up refreshed and ready to go home. I would stay here again for another concert. Beds were comfortable and so were pillows.
Absolutely disgusting hotel. The entire building stinks like a musty smell. The hotel, aside from the lobby, is very dirty. The pool area was gross and needing a cleaning/paint job. The breakfast was very limited and somehow the eggs did not taste right. Our AC/Heat unit had exposed wires laying on the floor.
Worst of all, our hotel room was full of black mold. We did not realize until the last night the wallpaper started peeling and behind it was mold. The hotel painted some of the wallpaper so they must have known it was there. I went with my family which included young kids and was disgusted by what I saw. Wyndham offered to refund 1 of my 3 nights "as a gesture of goodwill". What a joke. The health department needs to pay this hotel a visit.
Unclean, first room was not cleaned, second room smelled. Breakfast buffet ran out of EVERY item at 9am

For the hotel - I have never been charged a fee for the an early check-in! When told there was a $30 charge I asked for a nail salon and returned
later!
For breakfast - the eggs were cold and for the two days there were NO tea bags. We were told that they ordered them. That doesn't help us. Someone should have gone to the grocery store!!!!
For the room - the freezer NEEDED to be defrosted! The ice was quite thick.
In taking a shower, it made noises every time you moved in there.
The wallpaper was peeling in several places.
Two different light bulbs in the lamp. Also phone charger didn't stay plugged when using the lamp.

The pool and hot tub where very nice. The staff thay night was a little unwelcoming but the stay was nice
Pool amenities. Location to our event.
Breakfast was ok. Had to keep asking staff to refill items though. Not much variety. No fresh fruit. Pool could use an update. Towels in pool not kept stocked. Hot tub was dirty feeling. Staff during day and nights very pleasant and helpful. Evening staff miserable. Had to keep asking for what we needed. More toilet paper. Tissues. Towels. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Need to keep up with providing clean towels wash cloths etc. some stuff need to be more pleasant.
