The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion were a plus.
The curtains wouldn’t close. For someone who sleeps in a dark room the fact that the curtains wouldn’t cover the windows was a problem. Not to mention it thundered and lightened for hours that night and the room was lit up like day light the entire time. I realize the curtains were that way because of the AC/Heat unit, but the curtains needed to be tailored for that. They needed to have the ability to close over the window.
The only other problem was the size of the pillows. They were the size of couch pillows. There were 5 on the bed, but 2 together would make a king sized pillow for a king sized bed. They were miniature. Comfortable, but miniature.
The rooms are just big.
I am expecting a refund because there was a water outage in the whole hotel and they said they will issue a refund for that night and until now they have done nothing. The service there is so bad.
I am a member of their rewards program. I booked the stay using member points resulting in a free night. A charge of $256 was posted to my Wyndham credit card yesterday. So are they incompetent or a scam? I am disputing charges. I will make other choices in the future
The bed was comfy.
Pool was not heated after being advertised as heated. That was the whole reason we chose to stay here. There was also a water line break while we were here so no water in the whole building all morning.

Lighting was too low in the room. Designated floor towels would be nice.

There was a water main break on my last day so wasn't able to shower before I left and the beds could of been more comfortable
Proximity to highway and Hershey park
Water stained ceilings, toilet paper rolls weren't changed from previous guest literally had to change the roll before using restroom. Room key didn't work had to get the cards reactivated, $50.00 charge for incidentals when there were none is completely ridiculous! While we were getting breakfast crew started taking the food away so we couldn't eat. Shut the dining room area lights off while we were eating. Extremely rude!
Breakfast spread was good. Near Hershey park was nice.
First room had heavy smell of damp or wet. Looking further, the wall had water drips coming down it the ceiling in that spot was molding with clear signs of water damage. Front counter gave some push back claiming the walls had been bleached. Ultimately got a new room that wasn’t great but we dealt with it.
The location was great and the breakfast.
We struggled to get our door open. The bathroom door kept hitting the ground making it tough to close, especially for my daughter. And we barely slept due to everyone’s doors slamming shut and people running around the hallways.
