Great staff and location, room to improve

I really liked the staff. Location is great.

Cons:

I don't like that i still have money on my credit card blocked from NYX. This should have been released on check out. The fan in the room was very noisey and they did not have a replacement. Aircon needs maintenance. There are ladies of the night that operate out of this hotel. Important to know.
