The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on. I will not book again.
I had an accessible room because I had requested a vibrating fire alarm. The bathroom was large and accessible. Breakfast was excellent and I avoided the queues. The hotel was only 5 mins walk from the ICC.
Although the room was deemed accessible, I could barely reach the safe. It would have been impossible from a wheelchair. I struggled a bit with the lifts. I could not hear where the beep had come from and not all had an indicator to show arrival.
Everything except for a staff when we were about to check out, she was not smiling 😂

It was a really good location, the heating/air con worked, coffee machine did espressos and tram stopped nearly right outside. Room and bathroom were spotless.

Everything. The states are friendly and willing to help. The facilities are adequate. The location is great.
Maybe parking but it’s in Birmingham city centre, so understandable
The entrance was immensely dirty but I understand that it was not in the hotel’s control due to it being on the high street. The elevators and the breakfast area were dirty too. We got placed in a room probably meant for those who needed more support in the toilet. For us, that meant that there was no separation between the shower and the toilet and everything was wet. Not what I’m looking for in a hotel. Disappointing stay.
