Nice location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We had a great stay and would recommend. The only slight pain was being on the 17th floor and the time we spent waiting for the lift. All in all a lovely stay.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Rooms were roomy and well maintained. Shower was perfect
My only complaint which is a big one for myself is that I’d normally book a Travelodge or premier inn but since it was our Anniversary I booked with you so I was really disappointed to get only 3 hours sleep as the room was so bright because there wasn’t any curtains just a voile type panel. Not sufficient enough

Good parking - very good staff
Great location I get paying for parking but was there for 3 days and cost me nearly as much as the stay in the hotel something that I really don’t think is right.
The lifts was a little guess work to where it was going to go.
It was very clean it was my daughters birthday they done a lovely display in the room for her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The parking wasn't free, which we knew but it would be nice to have free parking!
The morning staff were polite but that was the only positive
Rooms were unclean hair everywhere and questional staining all over furniture.
The lights in room flashed constantly staff apologised but were unhelpful when i explain my husband had epilepsy and had been trigger by the lights into having a seizure.
In great location, room was a good size , clean . The bathroom was great , a big shower and nice towels . Dont usually like they shampoo and conditioner in a hotel but it was great. Breakfast was great . Alot of choice
We stayed in a twin room where there were two very big single beds, and trouble was they were hard . And every time I moved the bed made a noise . And one of the pillows was lumpy
For the value it was brilliant. Very clean, lovely staff great location & the breakfast was superb.
I didn't dislike anything.
