Not a second chance
Pros:

Poor customer service, no hot water and essentials at hotel. The hotel had a rude desk manager, lacked bathroom and room essential, had no running hot water and the premises were swarming with mosquitos, the outside guest patio was mosquito and cricket ridden and dog waste was not cleaned up.

Other than the fridge ruining food, it was fine
Pros:

The bed was firm but not hard which was great for my back and hips

Cons:

The mini fridge defrosted itself overnight on the 2nd night we stayed, ruining over $100 in food that the hotel said they could not/would not replace

The room, the staff, and the location were great.
Pros:

The maid was excellent!

Cons:

You could improve the breakfast by adding one additional (rotating) hot item, such as biscuits and gravy, grits, or oatmeal.
A few mosquitos got into our room.
