Overall it was a great stay, the staff were really nice and accommodating
Pros:

Great value for money , the room was big and spacious and the breakfast was great

Cons:

There wasn’t much activities to do, the tv doesn’t have Netflix or you tube

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TCL, and I wanted to share some highlights:

- The food was exceptional; breakfast in particular was delightful and catered perfectly to our family’s tastes.
- The restaurant menu offered a great variety, allowing us to find something for everyone.
- Our rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.
- Lastly, I would like to commend your staff. Their friendliness and kindness truly made a difference in our experience.

We are looking forward to visiting soon.

Cons:

We have experienced low water pressure in the shower, and there have been instances where the water has completely stopped while bathing BUT came back after few minutes.

the chair at the study desk is in need of repair, as it is unstable and not functioning properly.

4 Star bedroom but not 4 Star Breakfast
Pros:

The bedroom was beautiful,newly renovated as it is not the same as on the pictures. It has modern esthetics. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was proactive as I complained to her that they put one water bottle in the fridge and she ensured the other bottle was brought. The place is beautiful

Cons:

1. Shower pressure was very low which meant longer time to shower
2. No glass to rinse after brushing teeth
3. At the breakfast we were told that cappuccino is not part of breakfast, we had to pay for it. A 4 star that makes one pay cappuccino for breakfast I thought this should be included as part of breakfast.
4. Please put curtains/blades at room 10 as people outside can see one whilst they are in the bathroom

Super als Zwischenstopp zum Kruger geeignet
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. für Zwischenstopp direkt an Zufahrtsstraße zu Kruger, aber auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet.

Cons:

Zimmer war schon älter, aus unserer Sicht wäre eine Renovierung angebracht. Einiges wird aber auch gerade renoviert und dann ist dies bestimmt wieder eine top Unterkunft

The rooms at Tzaneen Country Lodge are clean and spacious, very dated. It's always amazing to come back to such a welcoming stuff. It's how they care for their guests and always going an extra mile that make them stand out from the rest.
