Pros:

Not much, bed and room fine, but had to evacuate 3 times in 2 nights due to fire alarm.

Cons:

Im exhausted due to fire alarm evacuations. I will never go back. Another person said it happened to them 3 times 1 night this week. No one at desk to complain too.

Pros:

We regularly stay there due to work travel etc and find it comfortable, friendly service and accessible which is why we return but i was not happy with this current stay.

Cons:

There were no towels absolutely zero towels of any kind and no bathroom soap, shampoo etc. Nothing. Empty. Such a shame. Didnt notice until 630pm at night and reception was closed by 530pm. We had to dry off using our clothes. Very inconvenient.

its a room good enough to sleep for a bit and bugger off.
Pros:

It had a bed and a door you could lock.

Cons:

Dated, hard to use the key in the lock, room on the lifts so noisy. Bed uncomfortable. Cups and dishes not clean. parking under the site costs $15 extra and wasnt aware bofore booking.

Comfortable & convenient.
Pros:

Good & quiet location with convenient access to a range of food outlets. Nice comfortable room. Nice reception area. Good on site parking.

Cons:

Arriving at 6pm I was surprised that Reception was closed. I had to ring the number on the wall, get a code & then get ny key. (The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly & solved my problem). These arrangements should be pre-advised.
Toilet cistern has a slow leak - slowly running constantly (waste of water). Cold water tap in bathroom needs re-washering.

Furnishings, bedding, sheets & towels all were good quality. Would recommend this property to others.
Pros:

Handy location close to shops & hospital which was the purpose of our visit.

Cons:

Wifi non existent & 5G network not good at times. May have been we were furthest rooms from reception area. Dodgy door lock made it difficult to get in room & to get key out.

Convenient location but a tired once beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Location. Easy walk to shops, train and bus. Room size is good and the undercover parking is secure. This was once a 5 star hotel which has changed its character through lack of updating and maintenance. There is a pool beside a busy highway and an indoor gym. Hot water is excellent. They supply a washer which I like. They should supply more toiletries, as one tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 nights and two people is not enough.

Cons:

Old, tired decor and facilities, worn and stained carpet, bathroom extremely old and TV outdated. Broken tiles badly repaired. This was our 4th stay this year. We continue to book in as the location is perfect and our car is in a garage. We have not stayed in the same room twice and this time the room (108) was right next to the lift shafts even though I had requested a quiet room. We could hear the lift coming and going. We are still concerned with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The grout needs some bleach and the walls need scrubbing. There is builtup stuff around shower doors. Wall under the sink where there is a bit in grey with dirt. The carpet needs replacing badly. They have replaced the hall carpet. Perhaps this should have been extended into the rooms. The microwave when turned on smelt bad and obviously had not been cleaned. Fridge was clean. The worst part is the bathroom exhaust fan which runs 24/7 and is so noisey. Every room we have been in has this issue. I wish this could be turned off. There is enough noise in hotels to keep people awake without this constant noise from the motor running. I realise the windows are sealed shut which means air is sucked under the room door causing draught. Perhaps if windows could be opened then it would only need the exhaust fan running when the bathroom was occupied. The hotel would save on power. Please update the TV's. There is no mirror in the room. I have no problem with the amenities or atmosphere, just a good scrub, dust and an update from the fitout that was done in the 1980's

OK but needs an upgrade.
Pros:

Good location and parking (extra payment), good room size. Coffee plunger and big cups were provided.
Potted plants gave good impression.

Cons:

Bathroom handbasin had very big, old crack in it which may be unsanitary, it really should have been fixed years ago. Very substandard.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great sized room, very comfortable bed, very clean. Mini kitchen facilities. Well suited to our needs. Close by the hospital where we will have regular appointments so we will be back.

Had a comfortable stay with no hassle getting around.
Pros:

Close to where we had appointments. Was easy to get in and out. Secure parking and reasonable prices.
Comfortable stay with all the basic that we needed. Nice and quiet.
