Great place to stay and explore Zermatt
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was an excellent resort with three heated pools, both indoor and outdoor, as well as a beautiful day spa area where we could relax and unwind.

Pool towels were provided, which was a great touch. Our room was very spacious and even had a partial view of the Matterhorn.

The highlight, however, was the restaurant. The evening meal was absolutely exceptional and, without a doubt, the best meal we have had so far in Europe. A wonderful hotel and a very memorable stay!

Cons:

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen, renovierten Spa-Bereich, mehreren Pools und tollen Einrichtungen. Der Spa war auch einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe – trotz des relativ hohen Preises für ein 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel.

Leider war ich von den Öffnungszeiten des Spa-Bereichs sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauna ist nur von 15:30 bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Nach meinem Tag kam ich am Abend zurück und wollte noch die Sauna nutzen, musste aber feststellen, dass diese kurz darauf bereits schloss.

Noch enttäuschender war, dass die Sauna morgens überhaupt nicht geöffnet ist. Ich wollte gegen 8 Uhr Sport machen und danach kurz in die Sauna – diese öffnet jedoch erst um 15:30 Uhr.

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie, bei dem der Spa-Bereich ein wesentliches Argument darstellt und aus meiner Sicht auch einen Teil des höheren Preises rechtfertigt, finde ich diese Öffnungszeiten viel zu eingeschränkt. Eine längere Nutzung – eventuell ausserhalb der regulären Zeiten auf Voranmeldung – wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Der Spa selbst ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Leider kann man ihn als Geschäftsreisender aufgrund der eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten kaum nutzen. Das ist für mich so enttäuschend, dass ich nicht sicher bin, ob ich unter diesen Bedingungen nochmals in diesem Hotel übernachten würde.

The Hotel of Zermatt
Pros:

I loved how professional everything was dealt with upon arriving. We had an issue where our door somehow was left open and they immediately investigated and assured everything was ok. The spa, hot tubs and service was next level. We were upgraded to a better room, because they had availability. That kind of service is something you rarely find for what you pay.

Cons:

Not a single thing comes to mind.

A good place to spend a rainy couple of days in zermatt
Pros:

The spa was lovely, and the young man working in the bar was wonderful. I also liked the storage in the hotel rooms

Cons:

The staff at the restaurants was unfriendly and it often felt like we were being rushed out.

룸 업그레이드받아서 좋았고 , 체크인 수속해주신 직원도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 , 비치되어 있던 토블론 초코렛도 맛있고. 침대도 편안합니다. 조식도 오믈렛 직접 해주시는데 맛있었구요. 스파도 완전 굿 피로를 풀기에 적당했어요..

체르마트에서 최고의 쉼을 경험하게 해준 호텔
Pros:

마테호른을 보기위해 방문한 체르마트에서 고된 트레킹 이후 편안한 쉼을 위해 최고의 선택이었습니다. 사우나와 수영장도 완벽했고, 조식도 품격있었습니다. 저는 3층에 방이 있었는데 발코니에서 미테호른이 아주 잘 보여 아침일찍 황금색 마테호른을 볼수 있었습니다.

특별히 개선할것이 없는 호텔이나 사우나를 조금더 늦은 시간까지 이용 할 수 있다면 좋을것 같습니다.

Die Region in und um Zermatt ist so überragend, traumhaft schön, wir werden sicher wieder gehen

Es war ruhig im Hotel und sehr angenehm.
im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt

kleine Sachen, die verbessert werden könnten.
- Gepäck bei der Anreise besser zwischenverstauen, nicht einfach bei der Reception stehen lassen.
- Dasselbe bei der Abreise
- einfacher richtiger Hotelrundung machen bei der Ankunft
- gratis abholen am Bahnhof wäre zuvorkommend
- bei der Abreise: wir wussten, dass wir laufen werden. Wir wurden aber nicht einmal gefragt, ob sie uns zum Bahnhof bringen könnten

A chaque séjour dans cet établissement et à Zermatt qu'une seule envie de revenir au plus vite .
