A chaque séjour dans cet établissement et à Zermatt qu'une seule envie de revenir au plus vite .
Pros:

Petit dejeuer et emplacement exceptionnel , un super Hotel avec du personnel très aimable , professionel toujours disponible de donner les conseils très utiles, pour en profiter du lieu ainsi de Zermatt.

仕事でウエルネスの時間があまりなかったのが残念。今度は休暇でいきます
Pros:

ウエルネスが新しくて素晴らしかった。朝食は会場も豪華でメニューが揃っており、スタッフもよくとてもすばらしかった

朝のプールが８時からなのは残念。朝食前にさっと泳ぎたかった。

The faculty and property were amazing. Def recommend!
Pros:

The property and room were beautiful. The spa was such a nice feature and the outdoor pools were a dream after a day adventuring.

Cons:

I wish the pools stayed open later. 6pm is a tight cut off, especially when the goal is to enjoy the outdoor activities.

I wish I had stayed longer! :)
Pros:

Very beautiful place, lovely room with balcony, excellent breakfast.
I was lucky to get a room upgrade at the check-in, one with partial Matterhorn view!
Pool is cute - pleasant way to relax in the evening after a long trip.

Cons:

Pool closes at 8pm :(

Absolutely Superb
Pros:

This hotel is superb. Everything about it was absolutely delightful. Ultra-modern, fabulous facilities and the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The staff were absolutely superb as well. The facilities such as the swimming pools were an absolute delight. We were fortunate to have a fabulous view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Excellent position as well. Cannot commend this hotel and its fabulous staff highly enough...oh the breakfast !!:)))
