Close to Zermatt train station. Very nice spa facility. Restaurant was great also - really enjoyed both breakfast and à la carte dinner.

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir das Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher Herr am Living Cooking. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Toller Raum, super Auswahl! Spitzenmäßig und außergewöhnlich. Zimmer war geräumig, schönes Bad mit Regendusche, gutes Bett, moderne Einrichtung, alles da ! Balkon, Sessel, toller Ausblick. Was will man da noch mehr? Ebenso Abholung am Bahnhof Zermatt sowie Beratung an der Rezeption und Tips. Sehr gut!
Ich habe überlegt aber mir fällt da nichts ein.
Quarto amplo e confortável, hotel tem ótima localização próximo a estação de trem, mas também disponibiliza carros elétricos para buscar ou deixar na estação se solicitado. Ampla área de resort com piscinas aquecidas, staff muito cordial e solícitos. Café da manhã maravilhoso!! Jantamos um dia no restaurante do hotel e também estava tudo delicioso. Na varanda do nosso quarto tinha cista direta para o matterhorn.Estadia maravilhosa, recomendo demais.

Ein Juwel der Gastfreundschaft mit außergewöhnlichem Frühstück
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Resort La Ginabelle von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Man spürt sofort die Liebe zum Detail und die herzliche Atmosphäre, die das ganze Haus durchdringt.
Ein absolutes Highlight war für mich das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl, die Frische und die Qualität der Speisen sind wirklich außergewöhnlich und lassen absolut keine Wünsche offen.
Die Zimmer sind wunderbar geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Wellnessbereich setzt dieses hohe Niveau nahtlos fort; die Anlage ist sehr grosszügig gestaltet und bietet mit ihren verschiedenen Aussenpools und Massagedüsen eine wahre Wohltat für Körper, Geist und Seele.
Obwohl ich alleine gereist bin und meine Kinder längst erwachsen sind, ist mir der Kids Club positiv aufgefallen. Es zeigt, dass hier wirklich an alle Gäste gedacht wird, und unterstreicht die weitsichtige und einladende Gastfreundschaft des Hauses.
Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, den ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

La Ginabelle is a wonderful Resort in beautiful Zermatt. The staff is very welcoming and caring, the cuisine is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is over the top delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
