とても清潔で、朝ごはんの種類が豊富。
スパもプールも綺麗でいい。部屋もおしゃれでよかった。

Cons:

マッターホルンビューの部屋を予約したけど、ほとんど見えない部屋に通された。（写真でちょこんて出てるやつ。)しかも何故かベランダはお隣さんと共有（仕切りとかもないから気まずい）。その後2回交渉して、部屋を変えてもらったけど、そこもそこまで綺麗にマッターホルンは見えず…。
とても楽しみにしていただけにショックが大きかった…。
次は予約しないかな

Globalement, un très bel établissement, bien situé, avec un personel très souriant et serviable.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Les piscines superbes - toutes en inox. Le spa aussi était très grand et agréable. La literie était très confortable, j'aurais même voulu pouvoir acheter une couette et deux oreillers pour en profiter chez moi ;-).
Le directeur était présent tous les jours au petit-déjeuner pour rencontrer les clients et s'enquérir de leur satisfaction. Le personnel de la réception a été fantastique (ce n'est pas le cas dans tous les établissements à Zermatt).

Cons:

J'ai été un peu déçu de l'appartement avec deux chambres que nous avions réservé. Je pensais qu'il y aurait une pièce commune avec deux chambres séparées, alors qu'il n'y avait qu'une chambre entièrement séparée avec sa salle de bains, et que l'autre chambre était en fait la pièce commune de l'appartement. Pas dramatique, mais une légère déception à ce sujet (je n'avais pas non plus vérifié avant la configuration).
Nous n'avions pas prévu de nous faire à manger dans l'appartement, mais nous avons été surpris d'apprendre qu'un supplément de 120 CHF s'appliquait à l'utilisation de la petite cuisine.

Pros:

Snídaně excelentní, lokální a čerstvé produkty, velký výběr. Zvláště oceňuji Juice Box s možnosí připravit si sám čerstvý fresh z ovoce a zeleniny

Excellent stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities in a fantastic location, a five minute walk from the station. Breakfast was brilliant, an excellent selection of cooked and cold breakfast options.

Cons:

The only small thing was that the bed mattress sheet was synthetic and, in the unusually warm weather, it was not easy to sleep on. A cotton sheet would have made all the difference!

Die Ausstattung und das Buffet am Morgen war sehr gut!

Cons:

Ich finde es schade, dass man mit dem Personal nie auf schweizerdeutsch sprechen konnte. Da es sich um einen deutssprachige Gemeinde handelt, finde ich es wichtig, dass das Personal Deutsch spricht.

La Ginabelle hits the mark
Pros:

The hotel and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We had a nice balcony but didn’t have a chance to use it. The hotel is located close to train station and stations up to Gornergrat and Sunnegga.

We enjoyed the pool with the jets. Very relaxing after a long hike.

Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of selections for everyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
