Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem familiengeführten Hotel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das durchdachte Zimmerdesign – die Zimmer sind praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat uns gut geschmeckt, und das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl.

Insgesamt ist es jedoch ein schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit gutem Service und leckerem Essen, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen würden.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Nachteil war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man hört deutlich, wenn sich Gäste im Nachbarzimmer bewegen, was je nach Auslastung etwas störend sein kann. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern, was an warmen Tagen etwas unangenehm sein kann. Die Öffnungszeiten von Fitness- und Wellnessbereich sind zudem etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The hotel has a whole new building, the rooms are well decorated, the beds are comfortable and the facilities (pool, saunas, resting rooms) are luxurious and relaxing. Most of the guests are couples, i guess because it has a romantic wibe.

Cons:

Truly, I loved everything. The only thing that I would suggest doing differently is refilling coffee pods daily.

Für das was da Hotel bietet ist leider der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt und zu teuer, leider keine harmonische Stimmung

Der Barkeeper war sehr nett
gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider wurden wir schon sehr unmotiviert empfangen und bekamen leider keine Informationen über das Hotel und die Lage, alles leider sehr kurz und „trocken/kühl“ gehalten.
Um den Wellnessbereich früher und auch am Abreisetag nutzen zu können muss man pro Tag und pro Person normals 25€ also 50€ zusätzlich zahlen, was wie ich finde schon sehr überheblich ist und auch ungewöhnlich.
Man fühlte sich oft nicht sehr willkommen und alles wirkte leider sehr uneinladend. Auch das Personal hies einem nicht willkommen und der Wohlfühlfaktor fehlte leider. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht sehr groß und auf 2 Etagen auseinandergezogen aber ausreichend.
Was besonders störend war, war die Überwachungskamera im textilfreien Ruhebereich…(da muss ich mir echt die Frage stellen ob das aus datenschutztechnischen Gründen überhaupt sein darf…)

Es war einfach traumhaft 🥰, vielen Dank dafür.
Frühstück und Abendessen war der Wahnsinn, der Pool ist sehr schön und bietet genügend Platz für alle, alles ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage ist für uns ein Traum, ruhig und entspannend, ausserdem ist es eine sehr gute Lage mit Fahrräder unterwegs zu sein.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. in diesem Hotel ist alles sehr stimmig. Nicht übertrieben, aber dennoch sehr luxuriös. Da merkt man, dass sich der hotelbetreiber wirklich sehr viel Gedanken gemacht hat, damit der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Frühstück, Abendessen, Betten, parken alles tipptopp. Danke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modern Hotel in the center of the village in the picturesque Zillertal, rooms nice and comfortable.
Pros:

Dinner outside on the terrace was very nice, food was good, was very nice to have been offered a welcome drink at the bar before dinner.
Spa very nice, great that it is separated, children and families down at the main pool, no children on the rooftop Spa area, it's quiet and offers a fantastic view of the mountains.

Cons:

Unfortunately , at dinner, we were forgotten at the end, it seemed that the staff was more interested in cleaning up and preparing for the next day. We were not asked if we wanted dessert and had to go inside and wait for the bill. Coffee facilities in the room but no tea.

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles war für uns perfekt. Ein familiäres Haus mit Geschmack und sehr guten Ideen, was Wellness und Ausstattung betrifft. Das Essen konnten wir nur einmal genießen, hat uns aber gut geschmeckt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
