The location, the bed, the place.
Customer service was more a "want to" than a hotel ingrained value. When asking for an early (30 min) early check in, the response over the phone was a short clear "no".
When asking for coffee cups in the room, the response was far from "we'll send them". Need to ask, why are there no coffee cups in the room? Just paper cups that dont even fit the coffee machine.
In the restaurant asked something they didn't have and instead of apologizing and having us order something else, it took almost 30 minutes and the dish was far from good (cold).

People are very nice and always are looking to please us in every way. The manager Alberto Méndez is one of the nicest and most professional managers we know.
Reception desk insisted on a wrong point that we hadn’t paid for breakfast and consistently wanted to charge us even when O showed them the reservation. I had to involve Booking.com to get this solved only by check out. More than the error the atitude from the team was not good
