清潔さ　立地が良い　

Cons:

マットレスが右にズレていく。利用者がベッドの縁に座るので、右側の凹みが気になる。
（部屋のレイアウトによっては逆）

ロケーション抜群で便利。
Pros:

通天閣が見える部屋で、ドローンショーや星のホテルのプロジェクションマッピングも見えました。新今宮も動物園前も駅が近く、奈良方面に出たいときも利便性がいいです。スタッフさん方のご対応もとても丁寧です。

お世話になりました
Pros:

ロビーのスタッフ対応は丁寧でとても良かったです
珈琲と紅茶がロビーでいただけるのも嬉しい

Cons:

部屋に入ってすぐ布団にいくつか短髪の髪の毛が落ちていたり椅子にも髪の毛がついていることに気づいて自分で掃除してから使用しました。衛生面がとても心配になりました。

不太好，大家為了居住品質還是住貴一些的地方吧。
Pros:

距離metro或近鐵都很近，如果只是為了一個晚上待的地方，可以使用單人房及個人衛浴，尚可。
價格平價，但不確定是否是優點，這個價位是能要求什麼。

Cons:

床中間是下陷，兩側較高，應該是床架本身品質問題，所以不建議待超過1晚。
附近晚上可以去的地方不多，且相對懷舊不佳，擔心晚上遇到怪人的人，不太建議住在這裡。
