Sehr schönes Hotel. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen. Lage TOP, direkt inmitten der Seiser Alm. Neue schöne Zimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick.

Room was fantastic, very modern and beautiful and the view is spectacular.
The facilities were disappointing - the pool and sauna facilities close at 7pm and dinner is served in a very narrow window (7-8:30) and there’s not many other local options for eating. There was no kettle for hot water or tea/coffee in the room. Also the hotel has a strange policy for breakfast/dinner where they seat you at a table and you have to sit at the same one the entire time - ok if you get a window with a view but they sat us at a table with no window, next to a wall, and because dinner was in such a specific timing we saw none of the sunsets we had booked there hoping to see. We were specifically told we could not change tables even though there were very many tables free with perfectly good window views while we were eating. A very confusing and unfair policy since you cannot circulate to other tables at all. We ended up spending extra to eat in town - we wished we had stayed in Ortisei and saved ourselves the trouble of the extra drive time.
A great hotel if you just want peace and quiet and to relax around the hotel, but if you want to go out exploring or hiking, it’s not the best option because of these policies.
Super Lage, neue schöne Zimmer, großzügiger Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes Essen und Frühstück in Rahmen der Halbpension. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Zimmer sind grosszügig ausgestattet. Sie verfügen über einen Balkon, bequeme Betten und eine tolle Nasszelle.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr modern und stylisch. Die Öffnungszeiten könnten etwas länger sein (früher starten)

Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna finde ich zu spät.
Die Bett-Decken sind zu dünn.
Aussicht, Frühstück, Abendessen, Saunabereich waren Top. Suite war großzügig mit wundervollen Ausblick in die Berge ausgerichtet. Sehr schöne warme Ausstattung aus Holz.
Die Kissen zum schlafen waren leider etwas zu hart.
Pool/ Whirlpool hätten etwas wärmer sein können. Schuhlöffel hat im Zimmer gefehlt.
The location for both skiers and hikers is perfect. The indoor outdoor heated pool amazing and the food for breakfast and dinner quite exceptional.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in our room. Also to have water complimentary with dinner.

Nelle stanze mancano telefono, bollitore con the tisane caffè, frigo bar vuoto.
