Lokalizacja ok, ale dużo do poprawy

Lokalizacja, widok z okna

Cons:

Zachowanie personelu w restauracji. Prawie codziennie trzeba było tłumaczyć, że osoba z którą jem śniadanie jest z innego pokoju. Wieczny brak jedzenia. Jeśli coś było dokładane to z ogromnym opóźnieniem i nie było co jeść. Brakowało czasami sztućców. Mało urozmaicone śniadania. Nie jestem wybredny ale nie ma co jeść. Obsługa restauracji mało uprzejma.

Wystąpił problem z zachowaniem podstawowych zasad czystości w obiekcie, hotel zareagował z opóźnieniem w formie rekompensaty, jednak nie dokonano możliwych czynności sprzątających. Zachowanie pracowników recepcji przy zgłoszeniu problemu było dość zdystansowane i nie podjęto nawet próby załagodzenia sytuacji - nie padło słowo przepraszam. Równie niezręcznie było w restauracji podczas śniadania - wybór jedzenia był dość ograniczony i występowały braki z dostępnością sztućców oraz warzyw. Przez cały pobyt pokojówka nie posprzątała pokoju, chociaż nie sygnalizowałam, że takie jest moje życzenie, na korytarzu dawała mi świeże, choć niekoniecznie czyste ręczniki oraz worek na śmieci do samodzielnej wymiany.

Good location, comfortable and good facilities
Pros:

Excellent location for a visit to Bratislava Old Town and to travel a little further afield. Very pleasant staff. A good breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Rude wake up calls each morning at 6:30am by the cleaners

The location and comfortable bed room clean and tidy. Would I stay here again NO

Cons:

I was woken up every morning at 6:30 by the cleaners shouting and laughing talking loudly right under my room window. Even with the windows close was still very loud. I also noted a recording camera pointing directly into my room. This was reported to the staff who didn’t seem bothered they didn’t even offer to change rooms only that there was nothing they could do. To stop the cctv cams in my room they suggested putting a towel over the belcony hand rails. They seems totally disinterested When checking out they asked me to send photos a videos to a WhatsApp chat and this has been totally ignored. Would I stay here again NO definitely not
