Pros:

Beautiful boutique property..its in a lovely location, with gardens. Very relaxing. Great food, great staff and front desk. Good sized room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room , general spaces need an upgrade. Wall paper in our room was coming off and table was cracked...this is not suitable for such a lovely property.

Good staff service, bedding needs to be checked for cleanliness.
Pros:

I liked the friendlyness of the staff from the gate to reception. Check in and check out was quick. The chef at the restuarant came to introduce himself, which was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The sheets had a section with light brown stains, which made me question if they were washed before I arrived. The bar fridge in my room (room 14) is noisy and has a light the keeps you awake at night. They should put a cuboard door infront of it, it will drown out the noise and cover the light.
I had dinner at their restuarant 'salt', the service is a bit slow even when there were only a handful of people.

The beautiful scenery and tranquil area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. With the exception of the receptionist, the staff appeared to treat white customers with far more dignity, respect, and attentiveness, while black customers received noticeably poorer treatment. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect, regardless of race. I hope management addresses these concerns seriously

Bardzo duży pokój, czysto, miło i wygodnie. Personel niezwykle miły i pomocny. Przywitano nas winem musującym i ręczniczkami do umycia rąk. Duża wygodna łazienka, piękny wystrój hotelu i pokoju. Śniadanie na uroczym tarasie z ogrodem - pięknie i smacznie.
