Pros:

The location was perfect for our purposes in visiting the Old City, and it was easy to get an Uber when we wanted to venture further out. The room was a great size and comfortable. It had everything we needed!

Cons:

Maybe an ice machine on the same floor we were on, but other than that, it was perfect.

My experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations with great hospitality service from Roshid. The location of the hotel was great (Old city vibes everywhere) and I also very much enjoyed food (both late dinner/breakfast) at Red Owl Tavern. Room was clean and modern reflecting IHG concept and I thought the atmosphere of the interior of this hotel fits quite well to both IHG brand and the city of Philadelphia.

We Loved Our Stay at Hotel Monaco Philly

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and unbeatable location in the heart of the city. Whether you're visiting for a getaway, sightseeing, or just a fun weekend in Philadelphia, this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all.
What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible hospitality. A special shout-out to Roshid, who was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about us having a great experience.
The entire staff was warm and accommodating, and the overall vibe of the hotel was both stylish and inviting. We left already talking about coming back.
Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Philadelphia. Thank you to the Kimpton Hotel Monaco team—and especially Roshid—for making our trip so enjoyable!

A perfect getaway
Pros:

We visited for a couple of days with the family, and I couldn't imagine a better experience. The staff were all amazing and made us feel like we were their most important guests. The lobby was fun and comfortable. We enjoyed spending the 5:00 reception time hanging out there while our boys played chess. The location can't be beat for a history bum. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite that allowed us views out the window of Independence Hall. Breakfast in the Red Owl was also pretty great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, and am already looking to rebook for this fall when I have to visit for work. When booking, be sure to reach out to Roshid. He made all the difference in turning what would have already been a great stay into something the family will be talking about for months to come.

Unforgettable Stay!
Pros:

Our stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia was truly unique and memorable!
We came for a family wedding and, upon arrival, were greeted with a smile by their extremely professional concierge, Roshid!
The rooms were beautifully decorated - with a great view of Independence Hall!
The bedding was extremely comfortable and the restaurant was unique and had a nice variety of healthy and locally sourced breakfast options!
Thank you to Roshid and the entire staff for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs with such a positive attitude!
We will definitely be return customers!

Roshid went above & beyond !!!! My family was blown away at the awesome service. He made my neice come to tears aa she walked into the room with hand written note card and treats. Our housekeeper Yiddy and turndown attendant Nadia I think her name was EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU MONACO TEAM!!!!

Incredible staff!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough! My girlfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary, and we had the absolute best experience. Roshid and Consuela both went above and beyond. My girlfriend and I got upgraded to a spa corner room when I said it was our anniversary, and after I said my girlfriend doesn’t drink, they had delicious cupcakes, a basket of goodies, and a note for us in our room. The service here was absolutely incredible. Thanks, Roshid and Consuela!! These two deserve a raise!!
