Came for a wedding, service was amazing from the valet to the housekeeping but one person stood out, Sage he went out of his way to help my family move all of our bags from out cat out in the street and it was a lot but he took it all no problem and even with a smile. Had an amazing stay and would come again (hopefully another wedding)
Roshid is world class in his service and support for our team. He continues to astonish and delight at every turn. I may hire him away from you all if you not careful. Seriously you have a Platinum associate here. We love your team. Also want to thank Richard and Jozie for their incredible support at an important time for us. T
I’ve stayed at the Monaco for years!! It’s my favorite hotel in Philadelphia and the main reason is Roshid Milledge. He is EXCEPTIONAL at his job!! He always makes me feel so welcome and he remembers me year in and year out. You have a gem there!!!!!
Had a great July 2026 visit to Philadelphia IHO America's 250th. The Kimpton is perfectly located, overlooking Independence Hall etc. Hotel was nicely furnished, great amenities - concierge Roshid in particular!
Having stayed at the Kimpton Monaco for several years, each visit continues to be an exceptional experience. Rashid, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and made this stay especially memorable with his thoughtful attention and personalized recommendations. The entire staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, making every trip feel less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home. I always look forward to returning.
We were glad to have booked this hotel- 6 nights. Staff were pleasant and always ready to offer assistance. Our check-in and out process was quick and easy. Our room was clean, spacious and well maintained. It came with the usual amenities. Wifi connection was strong throughout the property. The hotel is a short walk to many historical places of interest. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. There is overnight valet parking for a fee. This is a great place to stay in historic Philadelphia.
Very nice IHG hotel right across the street from Independence Hall. The rooms are beautiful. The only small hiccup was the very slow valet service. We checked out at 11:30 and it took an hour for them to bring our car.Other than that, it was a great stay.
バスルームのお湯が出るまでに相当時間がかかる。水圧が弱い。
バレーパーキングの配車に時間がかかりすぎ、車の配車は控えのチケットに電話をするが、電話をしてから1時間10分待たされ。
Fantastic hotel, our room overlooked Independence Hall.
Great location, very comfortable, and quiet room!
Scaffolding outside was off-putting.
I booked the room back in the Fall 2025 as I knew we were going to be in Philly for the 250th, World Cup, and also our anniversary weekend. We've been looking forward to this weekend literally all year. I have stayed at a Kimpton in Pittsburg so I was excited for the quirky decor. Unfortunately, our room was as bleak as they come! I was shocked. It looked nothing like any of the pictures online. I was instantly let down. I appreciated the 3 comp breakfasts and bottle of red wine in our room but was hoping there would be something more patriotic for the guests as well - mini flags, headbands or sunglasses on theme, something to mark the special holiday especially being directly across the street from Liberty Hall! The location of this hotel is the best. I would recommend staying here especially if it's your first time in Philly. It is literally in the center of so much history! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the view of Liberty Hall was spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. For the $ I paid for the special view on this special weekend, I had higher expectations of the accommodations/decor.
DO NOT PAY FOR VALET PARKING!!!!!!
We have been waiting over an hour for our car.
Zero help from staff. In fact, one employee was snickering as another guest complained as she, too, had been waiting over 50 minutes.
No accountability and another employee said they had no authority to cancel our parking for the remainder of our 6 night stay.
This is a major detention from what is otherwise a nice hotel.
Will add that iced coffee bar was dismantled promptly at 9:00 am. Wish the parking was as timely.
Literally steps to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. All local attractions within walking distance. This boutique hotel is spotless and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The rooms are updated and the beds are really comfortable. We booked a package that included valet parking. We parked the car and never needed it again. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and we received the nicest gifts from the Roshid the Concierge. Worth every penny and will definitely stay again.
