Luxury hotel, comfortable room, good shower, friendly front desk staff. Nice spa and sauna.
—Thin bath towels. Would expect plusher bath towels at this price point.
—Surly and sarcastic waiter at the bar. Not sure if he works for the hotel, but it wasn’t pleasant, and seemed unnecessary.
Wellness/spa area was extremely well maintained and had a very heartful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent with fresh egg dishes on request.

Absolutely surprised with Hotel Walserberg. I felt very welcome in their wonderful hotel. From melty cheese on arrival after skiing to the silver service dining each night - brilliant.
Die Betten waren fantastisch, das Peraonal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen bei Halbpension ist fantastisch 🥰.

Mindre hørlig betjening i baren, hvor det virkede som om, personalet havde alt for travlt med et selskab, tal at de kunne/ville betjene de "almindelige" gæster.
