Tolles Hotel, ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, sauberes Bad, Duschcreme und Bodylotion vorhanden, das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Teppiche im Schlafzimmer finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäss und vor allem sehr unhygienisch. Das Zimmer war zu warm, auch der Heizungsregulierung. Die Dusche war sehr warm und wieder kalt.

מלון מפנק, במיקום מצוין, 12 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת (יש עליה מתונה). יש שאטל לתחנת הרכבת. מעוצב וחדרים נוחים ויפים. ארוחת בוקר מושקעת, מגוונת וטעימה. קיבלנו כרטיסי תחבורה חופשית בכל אמצעי התחבורה באזור בגין הזמנה של 2 לילות. חיסכון משמעותי.

Cons:

צוות הקבלה לא נחמד, להוציא פקיד הקבלה שעזר עם ארוחת הערב, 2 הפקידות האחרות היו חמוצות פנים ולא אדיבות.

Great location in Pontresina, amazing view, staff war very nice. I left before breakfast so they gave me a nice lunch box the day before, and that was very thoughtful.

Cons:

Hotel is preety old but well kept. No fridge in the room.
