Fantastisch
Pros:

Het ontbijt was steeds vers gemaakt en smaakte heel goed. Vriendelijk personeel en steeds behulpzaam en bereikbaar bij vragen naar activiteiten in de buurt of regeling van de shuttle dienst.

Wir waren begeistert und können dieses tolle kleine
Pros:

Einfach alles. Haben auf unserer Reise durch Italien noch nie so ein nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und wunderschön ausgestattet und alles ist klein und fein! Wir haben es genossen!

Cons:

Ggf. könnte der Shuttle noch etwas öfter angeboten werden. Manchmal liegen 2 Stunden dazwischen.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, très calme. Accueil fabuleux, le personnel est extraordinaire, serviable, très sympathique et toujours avec le sourire. Petit dejeuner très bien, beaucoup de choix salé et/ou sucré. Snack bar Le système de navette est super bien organisé et vraiment très pratique. Parking sur place sans supplément.
Jolies chambres très propres et bien équipées.

Pour les cinque terres c'est le top
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner simple mais nettement suffisant , la disponibilité du personnel et de la personne gère l'hôtel qui parle bien le français , elle passe à chaque table au petit déjeuner pour demander à quelle heure on veut la navette pour nous mener à Monterosso et renseigne avec precision tout ce qu'on lui demande et tout ça avec le sourire ( rare de nos jours 🙂 ) Bravo !

Cons:

On a apprécié énormément de chose mais pour pas mettre 10/10 nous n'avons pas trop aimé le bruit de ventilation de l' aération qui démarre dans la salle de bain des qu'on allume et met trop de temps pour s'arrêter .

El hotel tiene mucho, mucho encanto. Destacar la amabilidad y buen hacer de su personal. Muy buen desayuno.

La ducha un poco justa y tener que ajustarse a los horarios de los buses del hotel, pero la ubicación te permite disfrutar, durante el trayecto, de unas vistas preciosas de Monterosso en un entorno de bosque increíble.
