Una estancia fabulosa!!!

Es fantástico, su ubicación, la facilidad que te ofrece disponer de un transporte para bajar y subir de Monterroso todo el día, su atención y amabilidad, a pesar de no hablando su idioma, la habitación impecable, confortable, cómoda, super limpia, con detalles de cortesía como una botella de agua de vidrio y zapatillas, el baño completísimo con toallas para todo, gel/champú de flores de bach muy buenos, atención personal en el desayuno con un buffet super completo, simplemente perfecto.

Super séjour
Pros:

Super accueil du personnel et de très bon conseils pour la visite des Cinque Terre. Très utile la navette gratuite de l'hôtel qui vous amène à Monterosso ainsi notre voiture reste sur leur parking (très rare un hôtel avec son parking dans cette région). Super petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Bref, hôtel fortement conseillé sur Monterosso.

Il serait bien d'avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre car région très chaude

Der Shuttlebus Service war hervorragend.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Besuch in Cinque Terre
Pros:

Es super schönes Hotel. Extrem freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Shuttle sehr gut organisiert. Wir haben uns ab den ersten Moment super wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen. Und diese Herzlichkeit hat sich durch die ganzen Tage unseres Aufenthalt gezogen. Die Zimmer waren top. Sehr sauber und richtig gut durchdacht mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Dadurch dass das Shuttle ständig fährt war es auch sehr einfach das Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Wir konnten das Auto auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz einfach stehen lassen. Auch die Restaurant Empfehlungen waren prima. Und das Hotel hat auch gleich die Reservierungen vorgenommen. Die Kommunikation lief auch super schnell über WhatsApp. Einfach schreiben von unterwegs und man bekam sofort eine Antwort. Wir waren total geflasht und wir hatten einen so schönen Aufenthalt. Wir können dieses klasse Hotel einfach nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
