Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in tollem Ambiente mit freundlichem und fröhlichen Personal, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes wunderschön es Hotel mit schönem Aussenbereich, beheitztem Pool und Sauna. Viele kleinere schöne Stuben zum Essen. Kurzer Spaziergang vom Schloss nach Mittersill, ca. 15 Min.

Cons:

habe fast eine Woche gebraucht, um mich in den verwinkelten Gängen zurecht zu finden😅.

Pros:

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Późny check-in, pomimo faktu, że recepcja działa do 10 PM przygotowany wzorowo. Zawczasu przygotowane klucze i instrukcja dotarcia do pokoju.

Приезжаем в этот отель уже второй раз. Очень нравится обстановка в отеле и номера. В этот раз брали номер, в котором жила Джина Лолобриджида. Огромная терраса, балкон и красивая ванная

Удивила невнимательность персонала. Было отмечено заранее, что у меня день рождения. На ресепшен вечером молодой человек спросил, как нам понравился торт? Но мы его не получали. Персонал забыл. Комната была не убрана вовсе (хотя мы целый день отсутствовали в отеле и доступ к уборке номера был). Все это испортило ощущение праздника. На следующий день персонал попытался извиниться и на завтраке нам принесли торт с открыткой и пожеланиями, но на открытке было написано другое имя! Первый раз столкнулись с таким отношением персонала. При цене номера 400+ евро – так быть не должно.
