Great location, friendly staff, poor soundprooving
Pros:

We liked the simple but nice breakfast. The eggs were only boiled, so don't expect an English breakfast (why would you in Germany?). The staff was friendly. They serve Starbucks coffee. Location : amazing.

Cons:

Walls are not soundproof; if you are unlucky and you have noisy neighbours, you won't have a good time. The shower is a problem; water is falling into the toilet. The TV seems smart, but we couldn't watch HBO, Netflix, etc., so probably not connected to the internet. But honestly, the biggest issue is sound isolation.

Ubicacion, limpieza, atencion del personal, desayuno excelente, locker gratuitos con buen espacio para dejar equipaje, cama comoda, buena ducha, en general muy bueno todo, accesible al transporte (a 1 cuadra del tren y buses)

Cons:

falta algo de extraccion de aire en baño y ducha

Hotel super würde ich jedem empfehlen - direkte Umgebung nicht zu empfehlen-
Pros:

Zimmer: sehr ordentlich, modern, etwas klein aber für 2 Personen ausreichend
Frühstück: gute Auswahl und Qualität und Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut
Personal: sehr freundlich
Lage: direkt am Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten,
Das Hotel ist sauber und modern.

Cons:

Umgebung: direkt wenn man aus dem Hotel morgens kommt liegen überall Obdachlose, es stinkt und ist dreckig
Abends fühlt man sich nicht sicher.
Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts.
