Ferienhotel in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande der Altstadt. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, wodurch es zuweilen recht laut werden kann tagsüber. Der Innenhof ist schön, die Zimmer in Ordnung. Aufgrund der frühen Abreise konnten wir das Frühstück leider nicht geniessen.

Gorgeous outlook, very kind staff and great pool
Pros:

Lovely pool and dining area, great staff. They put up with my bad Spanish and I was able to use the pool and bathroom until my flight late at night

My room was a little “pokey” with 2 beds in it

Pros:

La vistas al lago son increíbles y la piscina es un imprescindible en isla de Flores. La cama era cómoda. Tenía ventilador y aire acondicionado. Ofrecen transporte gratuito al aeropuerto aunque a horarios fijos. Las opciones de desayuno están muy buenas.

Cons:

No había fuente de agua a disposición de los clientes aunque ppr las tardes ponían jugo de sandía súper refrescante. Las almohadas eran muy blandas para mi gusto.

Lovely hotel and pool, nice staff
Pros:

Good location, lovely pool and the staff were so kind with my attempts at Spanish and helping me stay on the property until my late flight

The room was a little bit hot and pokey but with the AC it was pretty good

If you take a vehicle it's hard to get a parking. The food we had for Dinner was okay but was not what I expected. The breakfast was delicious doh.

Pros:

The hotels in a good central location with a free shuttle service included from the airport! From walking in the reception area I was expecting it to be really nice but the apartment let it down, it was quite dated and didn't feel very clean, the bathroom was very small and not practical at all for the size of apartment you would expect a bigger bathroom! The shower filled up with water straight away and it drained extremely slowly. The pool area smelt of chlorine as soon as you walked up to it and there was hardly any sunbeds to sit on!

The breakfast was okay nothing special it was probably one of the worst included breakfasts during our time in Guatemala. With some improvements this could be a really good hotel
