Hilton onwaardig
Cons:

De kamers voelden gedateerd aan en vooral het sanitair was erg versleten. In de badkamer hing bovendien een onaangename geur. Voor een hotel als Hilton vonden we dit echt ondermaats. Daarnaast ook een waarschuwing voor de "verborgen" extra kosten. We zochten in Leiden specifiek op hotels gesorteerd op laagste prijs, maar pas bij aankomst bleek dat er nog bijna €20 parkeerkosten en €9 toeristenbelasting bijkwamen. Daardoor werd de kamer uiteindelijk bijna €30 duurder dan eerst aangegeven.  Nadien bleek het wel subtiel vermeld te zijn tijdens het boeken als je ver genoeg naar beneden scrolde,  maar dergelijke misleidende prijzen ben ik niet gewend van booking...

Mooi schoon comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Mooie nette kamer, fijne bedden, schone kamer. Douche is in bad. Ontbijt was goed, veel keuze. Genoeg parkeerruimte, dichtbij snelweg. Ik zou weer terugkomen als ik in de buurt moet zijn.

Kényelmes szálláshely, tiszta szobák, figyelmes személyzet.

Cons:

Az étteremben a reggelinél minden elfogyott 9:30-ra, de amúgy kiváló éreleket kínáltak. Kevés a személyzet sok vendégre, ez a kiszolgálás időtartamán látszott.

de prijs en kwaliteit verhouding viel erg tegen. de locatie was prima
Pros:

de bedden waren prima. Geen rooklucht in de kamers. Een aangename geur in de hal, een wat lichtere bloemengeur wat aangenamer is dan de gemiddelde zware oud lucht die wel eens in hotels vanalles maskeert.

Cons:

het ontbijt was ruim opgezet, maar zeer matig van kwaliteit. er is veel geluid wat je hoort van de snelweg, slechte isolatie van buitenaf. een van ons miste een fohn in de kamer. de receptionist was wat weinig spraakzaam, we kregen geen uitleg over het ontbijt of hoe we naar de kamers moesten komen. de kamer indeling veel het meest tegen, vooral de badkamer. de electriciteit is geschakeld met de hoofdschakelaar en je kunt dan je telefoon niet opladen als je alles uit doet. verder is douche een uitdaging, de kamer die wij hadden was de badrand zeer hoog, moeilijke instap en de douch is zodanig opgehangen dat je niet makkelijk kunt douchen, je staat bij tegen de glazenwand aangeplakt. het ontwerp is niet heel handig aangepakt. de douchebak vertoonde ook scheuren en het toilet is tegenover de wasbak zodat je niet met 2 mensen tegelijkertijd daar kunt staan.
