Big disappointment for a regular guest

I usually like Hilton Garden hotels but not this time

Cons:

I stay here often, but this visit was a very sad experience. We arrived at 22:30 to find no hot water and no timeline for a fix.Despite having no hot water, only a verbal apology and zero compensation or benefits offered.
At checkout, at first the receptionist refused to give us an invoice, incorrectly blaming Booking.com.have to provide invoice. They finally issued it after showing the text at Booking.com. that only Hotel can give as invoice. As a loyal guest, the lack of basic utilities and poor service deeply disappointed me.
