Que las camas estaban muy duras no pude dormir los días que estuve el aire acondicionado estaba fallando, en la regadera en las puertas se veía que no estaba limpio y me salieron cucarachas

La atención desde las recepcionistas groseras, creo que les falta capacitacion en atención al cliente y calidad en el servicio, las albercas sucias y no controlan el ruido de los demás huéspedes en las áreas comunes, gritan mucho en la noche y desde temprano ya estaban nuevamente gritando

El lugar em general es muy bonito, lo más bonito son las albercas, el restaurante, los baños cerca de la recepcion, los jardines, el restaurante que se acopla cerca de la entrada, la atención de la mayoría de los meseros muy buena

Las personas que están en recepción, no me sirvió de nada la reservacion al final de cuenta nos dieron solo una habitación, para 4 personas, muy sucia, descuidada, teníamos que estar hablando a recepción para limpiaran si quiera las camas, nunca nos dieron toallas para cuatro personas, ni las aguas completas, hay cucarachas, la regadera sucia, con salitre y moho, solo ponen un rollo de papel y no completo, la verdad muy mal, en cuanto a habitación, también la alberca ingresan como balneario y es incómodo para los huéspedes... no respetan el libre de humo...
