La atención de la.señora recepcionista no fue inmediata, solicité la llave que va al jardín desde la habitación por que la que me dieron no era, espere casi 1 hora, hasta que tuve que ir a la recepción y fue cuando la señora me atendio y creo de malas, solicité toallas extra para la recamara (despues de bañarnos, solo habia 1) y nunca llegaron

Cons:

El servicio... no me entregaron la habitación, estaba un poco lejos de la recepción, los controles sin pilas, no servía el teléfono, solo 2 toallas de baño y éramos 4 personas. Agua de la alberca muy fria

The first time I stayed at the property, they had taxis waiting outside for your convenience. This time they no longer have the taxis, but they will call you an Uber. I prefer the taxes.
