Hvis du vil bo centralt er det ok, der står det er incl morgenmad, det er en box der bliver sat ved din dør mellem 7-8 b

Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Größe war in Ordnung

Es gab keine allgemeine Räumlichkeit ( Frühstücksraum, Aufenthaltsraum, TV Raum) was das ganze recht anonym und unpersönlich wirken ließ

Schönes Aparthotel für einen kurzen Berlin-Trip
Pros:

Schönes Aparthotel mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Es ging ein Feuermelder in einem anderen Apartment an, so dass es sehr früh mit dem Schlaf vorbei war. Aber dafür kann wahrscheinlich der Inhaber nichts, sondern eher Gäste, die unachtsam waren.

Cons:

This "hotel" is completely automated, noone is on site. That wasn't clear from the ad. The registration app was buggy and I needed tech support to get into the property. Having no one on site for such a big property felt cold and a bit disconcerting (had there been a problem)

Wouldn’t recommend for this price!
Pros:

The location is amazing, feels safe, luggage locker is for free from 8 am to 8 pm, easy self check in as in any Numa hotel, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets. Nice balcony, very quiet inside the room.

Cons:

The hotel positions itself as a new hotel but the facilities inside the rooms are definitely poor and over-used. The hotel and rooms badly need renovation. The room was absolutely opposite to what I booked and paid for. Air conditioner is broken, didn’t seem as anyone was planning to fix it - so for summer this hotel is a strong NO. It is a nightmare heat inside the room. Unbearable. Design is questionable, feels creepy, windows in the kitchen are small as if it is a prison, room planning is giving no comfort and no coziness. When we checked in the floors were dirty, and the bathroom had a huge clog of hair, disgusting and disappointing. Bathroom is a nightmare too, no air inside, toilet flush is poor, no door in the shower - water was flooding all over the bathroom floor, incredibly uncomfortable. No pressure in the shower, be ready to spend 20 minutes to try to wash your hair. Bathroom has disgusting mold. Shower had a random silicone floor piece that kept lifting. No place to place your suitcase, so you have to always jump over your own clothes. No proper closet. It is not really enough space for 2 people :/

Pros:

Bequemes Bett, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in einem sehr coolen Viertel. Die Anbindung war ok, aber man musste für manche Routen ein wenig laufen. Die Lage in Friedrichshein war optimal und wir haben auch den Boxhagener Flohmarkt genossen.

Cons:

- Die Tür des Badezimmers war aus Glas und musste immer geschoben werden; anscheinend war sie kaputt, da sie schwer zu schieben war und auf dem Boden rumgequietscht hat.

Einfach und gut.
Pros:

Sauber und sehr geräumig. Moderne Einrichtung, große Fenster und mitten auf Kietz.

Cons:

Da der Zugang ohne Rezeption (mit Code) erfolgte und die Etage sehr nüchtern gehalten waren, war es etwas unpersönlich. Es hatte von einer Mischung aus Jugendherberge und Studentenwohnheim.

Le style de la chambre, la hauteur sous plafond.

Vu le prix le ménage devrait être inclus quotidiennement.
