Загалом нормально. Але якщо мені потрібен буде сніданок, то це точно не цей варіант

Достатньо зручні номери.

Cons:

Попередньо не попередили а ні на рецепції, а ні в ресторані, що сніданки не шведська лінія. Їх готують. І готують довго. Я свої сирники чекала пів години

Не професійні працівники!!! Запитали до якої години працює басейн на рецепції сказали до 22.00 години. Прийшли оплачувати 0 20.15- сказали вже не працює! Ми настояли , що хочемо поплавати, працівники рецепції сказали , що о 20,45 нас будуть виганяти !
Хлопчик , який був на басейні дуже ввічливий і о 21.00 ми самі залишили басейн!
Ціна сніданку змінилась : 4-го червня ми заселилися і ціна на букінгу була 600 грн. Зранку пішла оплатити сніданок повідомили, що з 5-го червня 700 грн. Заплатила 700.
Сніданок очікувала 45 хв
Раніше зупинялась не одноразово у вашому готелі і були гарні враження, а цей раз лише розчарування 😩😩😩

Неплохой отель, есть пошарпаности в ремонте, за такие деньги можно было обновить ремонт в номерах. Сам отель симпатичный
Pros:

Завтрак 1 день был шведский стол, скромный, но все было, второй день нужно было выбрать завтрак из меню, все тоже было вкусно
Номер чистый, меняли полотенца, персонал приветливый, реагировали на просьбы,
хороший спа (бассейн, финка и джакузи), но за дополнительную плату, выдают тапочки и халат
В номере есть водичка, чайник, час, кофе, кофемашина, косметика

Cons:

В номер стоит какой-то громкоговоритель, который начинает во всю горлопанить, когда начинается и заканчивается воздушна я тревога
Он очень громкий и как по мне то не уместен
Люди за 4 года могут следить За тревогой и через телефон
Факт того, что за спа нужно доплачивать
Можно было для гостей отеля сделать его бесплатным( включенным в стоимость проживания)
Сняла бал только за эти два пункта

Під час сніданку о 9:00, коли в країні загальнонаціональна хвилина мовчання - в ресторані грає весела музика та працівники жваво та голосно розмовляють! ЖАХ

Вже вдруге стикнулася з тим, що в ванній кімнаті нема разових засобів гігієни: мила, зубної щітки, бавовняних дисків, вушних паличок т.і. Минулого разу подумала, що випадково не поклали. А цього разу побачила, що це стає для вас нормою. Але це дуже незручно та неприйнятно для готелю 4*
