Pros:

Big, properly run hotel. Nice swimming pool (extra cost). The good feature - shelter inside the building (in the basement) and alerts system in the rooms.

Адміністратори на рецепції Абсолютно не обізнані ні які документи та ліцензії має отель. При заселені Отримала ключі від номера підвищеної комфортності повністю заваленого стільцями та кліпчартами. На моє прохання підійти в номер адміністратору, отримала відповідь, що всі адміни зайняті. І це ж 4 зірки Міжнародний готель! І ще. В ресторані при готелі в на сніданок готують старанну страву, яка чомусь називається «яйця пашот» . Але це не тільки не пашот, а навіть не варені яйця. Не вірите, спробуйте

В Києві досить часто у відрядженнях. І завжди зупиняюсь тут. Якість обслуговування на висоті, можна без проблем вирішити непередбачувані питання, наприклад, раніше заселення, при наявності вільних місць. Чисто, косфортно. Я задоволена. Буду рекомендувати готель для друзів і знайомих!🤗

Чисто, хороші сніданки, якісні меблі та сантехніка, преміальна косметика у ванній кімнаті.

Cons:

Недостатнє освітлення в номері, як для сучасного готелю бракувало інтернет телебачення, непривітна дівчина на рецепції.
