I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric. Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect, from the warm hospitality and comfortable rooms to the overall cleanliness and attention to detail.
A special mention to Seraj from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuinely helpful attitude made a noticeable difference. The room was always impeccably maintained, and he was incredibly courteous and attentive to every little requirement.
The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the service truly reflected the standards you would expect from Hyatt. It was a comfortable, seamless, and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great selection and consistently high quality.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We were traveling with a baby, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for baby food, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams were all attentive, professional, and genuinely caring.
The hotel's central location is another major advantage, making it easy to explore Chandigarh. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Hyatt Centric Chandigarh to families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was very good and the service by Ms Khushi was absolutely pleasant
I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt centric. The hotel felt modern and comfortable, and my room was clean and nicely maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would recommend Nakul and Samrjeet singh two staff members who were were kind and helpful.
Location was great and strategic. The rooms are clean, well maintained and modern. Especially love their big bath tubs and how consistent their water temperature and pressure is. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests.
The buffet had a wide range of choices, enjoyed the freshly made parathas and masala omelettes. Their fresh fruit juice was a nice kick start during breakfast.
Lobby entrance is a bit small making it a bit crowded during rush hour. Other than that nothing.
They were very accommodating and flexible. We were provided an upgraded room by some confusion in the names but they didn't drag us through the hassle of changing it.
