Pros:

mi è piaciuto molto lo Staff, cordiale e disponibile.
Vorrei fare un ringraziamento speciale a una ragazza dello staff che è LISA, educata e professionale si è prodigata con successo per risolvere un problema con l'aria condiziona e si è dimostrata estremamente attenta al cliente. Brava LISA abbiamo apprezzato molto, complimenti!
Ottima anche la posizione, centrale.

Cons:

albergo un po "vecchio", struttura un po trascurata e di vecchia ideologia a un prezzo non economico.
colazione al di sotto delle altre viste a Hanoi.

Location was excellent in Old quarter and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

Super friendly staff and excellent location to get around the city!
Pros:

We had a wonderful large room with a great view of the city! The bed was super comfortable and the AC was working great. Staff prepped us breakfast in the morning for our super early arrival and let us check in early when we arrived.
