Pros:

Rosie has been very helpful before and during our whole stay. She helped us arrange trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long cruise. Both were excellent value and cheaper than same trips on booking website.
All staff were very kind, they provided guide, luggage and other assistance. The location is in walking distance to all needs.

Amazing staff, great concern for our comfort and perfectly located.
Pros:

The staff! So friendly and welcoming. The view from the penthouse, could see in 3 directions.

Cons:

Being at the top of the building with so many windows made the suite heat up during the day. With the a/c only on when you were in the room, it took a long time to cool down at the end of the day.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well organized and met my expectations. If I had to mention something, it would only be minor details that did not affect my overall experience.

The location is excellent for staying in the old quarter but what really made it a special stay was the reception staff. This was our first time to Vietnam and we were warmly welcomed by all staff. They provided us with a travel tips sheet, food recommendations and a map for exploring the city. We did our laundry there, had private transfers to the airport and were able to leave our luggage there while we did the Ha Giang Loop for 4 days.

A comfortable and satisfying stay with friendly service and a great location.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of choices. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating especially Lisa and Rosie. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent hotel at Old Town Hanoi
Pros:

Excellent location: can walk everywhere
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was good size for the price.
Breakfast was better than expected for a boutique hotel

Cons:

The pillows were quite large. Tough for children. They should get pillows of 2 sizes.
