Hanoi E Central Hotel

Dit hotel heeft werkelijk de perfecte locatie midden in de Old Quarter. Alles is op loopafstand, terwijl het 's nachts heerlijk rustig is. We hebben daardoor iedere nacht fantastisch geslapen.

Maar wat dit hotel écht bijzonder maakt, is de ongekende gastvrijheid. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen werden we warm ontvangen door Rosie en haar geweldige collega's. Ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf perfect te maken en niets was hen te veel. Of het nu ging om tips, het regelen van vervoer of het beantwoorden van vragen: alles werd met een grote glimlach en oprechte betrokkenheid gedaan.

Rosie regelde zelfs een tour voor ons en bleef ook ná ons uitchecken contact houden om te controleren of alles goed verliep. Zo'n persoonlijke service kom je zelden tegen en maakte een enorme indruk op ons.

Dit hotel heeft ons niet alleen een fantastisch verblijf bezorgd, maar ook onze allereerste kennismaking met de ongelooflijke vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van Vietnam onvergetelijk gemaakt. We zouden zonder enige twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen en kunnen het iedereen van harte aanbevelen. Een absolute 10/10!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel très bien situé. Confort de la chambre correct et surtout au calme ce qui est très appréciable dans une ville très bruyante. Le gros point fort est la gentillesse du personnel très disponible. Mention spéciale à Rosie qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Merci pour tout.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im e Central Luxury Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte vom berühmten Wasserpuppentheater entfernt und absolut zentral gelegen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat:

Rosie hat uns jederzeit hervorragend zu allen Themen beraten und uns beim Late Check-out extrem unkompliziert geholfen.

Rina: Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt auch Ihr: Aufgrund eines Krankheitsfalls während unseres Aufenthalts hat sie uns weitaus mehr geholfen, als man je von einem Hotel service erwarten würde. Sie hat für uns einen Arzttermin im Krankenhaus organisiert, einen Rollstuhl-Service für den Flughafen gebucht und uns sogar Essen direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht. Diese Fürsorge hat uns sehr berührt!

Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen!

Klein boutique hotel in oude gedeelte van Hanoi. Erg vriendelijke mensen, die meedenken en je helpen waar nodig. Maar zeker niet opdringerig. Mooie kamers en heerlijke bedden en douche.

The hotel room, breakfast and all the services are so good. Especially thanks to Roise, Rinna, and all the hotel staff for helping me during my stay.

Hotel situato in posizione molto comoda, vicino al lago Hoan Kiem, tra il Quartiere vecchio e il quartiere francese. Nei dintorni sono presenti numerosi ristoranti e negozi. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutarti. La colazione è molto varia, presenti sia alternative dolci che salate. Consigliato!

The staff at E Central were so friendly and helpful. They really helped make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much for them. Our family room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds and it was a great location for walking to the Old Town.

C est le meilleur hôtel d hanoi rapport qualité prix. Très confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnelle est tres sympathique. Jusqu a présent c est notre meilleur hôtel à Hanoï. Je le recommande fortement vous ne trouverez pas mieux

Rosie y su equipo son un encanto, nos ayudaron en todo desde España y con los transportes de recogida del aeropuerto. Además, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta al lado del lago. Las instalaciones están también muy bien. Esperamos repetir muy muy pronto!

Special thank you to Rosie and Kien, and I didn’t get the bell boy’s name. Really lovely, welcoming staff. You can tell there is family atmosphere and Rosie tends to every guest with care and attention.

First things first, it is the staff that makes this hotel! ❤️

It all starts with Rosie and very helpful correspondence months before the trip itself, with recommendations of tours and other useful advice.

Then it's the check in, in our case Cian (Kian?), who was very chatty, helpful and a very kind introduction to our first Vietnam accommodation.

We sadly do not remember the name of other people in the staff, but everyone was wonderful, THANK YOU!❤️

The rooms are ok-sized, very clean and cared for daily. Very efficient air-conditioning and a great shower.

The location is spectacular, just steps away from the Old Town, where the action is.

The only thing I'd improve is the breakfast, both the variety and quality.

All in all, thank you all! ❤️

Great base to explore the old quarter, super helpful staff, managed to check in early. Spacious room on fourth floor.
