Excelente estancia.
Pros:

Este pequeño hotel destaca por su servicio excepcional, especialmente gracias a Rosie, quien estuvo muy atenta y pendiente de mi en todo momento.
La habitación resultó ser muy completa, tranquila y luminosa, lo que garantizó un descanso perfecto.
Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Volvería a reservar una próxima vez.

Amazing stay! I will be returning.

Everything!!! The staff. The location. The breakfast & the rooms were spotless!!
There was a guy with an American accent ( didn’t catch his name) He was so friendly went above & beyond to make sure we were settled. All the staff were amazing and super friendly. The location is spot on 5 min walk from the central lake and all the Shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money and I will be staying here on my next stay in Hanoi. Thank you xx

Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming and nice, especially Rosie. I got a free upgrade to a bigger room as well.

Cons:

Electricity went out for half an hour in the morning but definitely not a big issue!

Passables Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt in Hanoi

Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer war okay, große Dusche

Cons:

Alles war etwas runtergekommener als auf den Bildern, an einem Tag lag ein Besen in unserem Bett unter der Decke (warum auch immer?), wir sollten am Tag der Abreise eigentlich sehr früh Frühstück bekommen, dies hat aber nicht wirklich gut funktioniert

Pros:

It’s a good hotel for anyone looking for a good value for money in the central location. The hustle bustle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter is right at its door step but you won’t hear the noise at all at night and the room is kept very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing much to complain. The breakfast buffet options felt a bit limited compared to other places I’ve stayed at but that wasn’t really an issue for me :)

Excellent Hotel in Hanoi w Great Location!

This was our second time at Hanoi E Central. We really love the place. The location is excellent and the staff Rub y and all of them are very helpful, polite accommodating and lovely. The breakfast is good and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped.,

立地最高。徒歩圏内にカフェや、フォー、バインミーの美味しいお店が複数あります。

スタッフたちは若くて活気があり、接客も丁寧で気配りも行き届いている。
どういう人が泊まっているかもきちんと把握しているようで、こちらがどの部屋に泊まっているかやチェックアウトの日も覚えてくれていて話がスムーズ。
チェックイン前のメールでツアーや空港送迎の案内が来たのでしつこく勧誘されたらどうしようかと思っていたが、全くそんなことなく、むしろ無料でアップグレードしてくれたり、延泊時の値引き交渉の余地もあり（少額でしたが笑）、総じてマイナスに思った点は全くありませんでした。
ハノイに来たらぜひまた泊まりたい。
