Insects in the room made this stay extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. After checking in, I noticed a strong damp smell in both the room and the walkway. I left briefly, hoping the smell would improve, but when I returned shortly afterwards I found flies in the room, including one on the bed. I took photographic evidence and reported the issue immediately.
I left within around 15 minutes of arriving and did not use the accommodation. Despite reporting the issue and providing evidence, the situation was not resolved satisfactorily.
Booking.com did absolutely nothing !!! Besides offering 15% goodwill gesture apparently, it’s acceptable for me to stay in a room for 3 days with insects

Quiet street, good working AC
Nothing. Walking up to the hotel, there was a gang of men around my car and the person checking me in, was actually sitting on the bonnet along with another man! l left as soon as I walked into the room. It was awful.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It featured air conditioning, which was excellent given the intense heat outside. We highly recommend this place.
Room was a good size, comfy bed, decent pillows! Bathroom was clean, hand soap and shower gel, good water pressure for the shower. Everything you would expect done well.
The room had air conditioning which was such a luxury on saturday night during the heatwave! Wasn't expecting it, and it was running when I entered the room which I thought was a lovely touch by the staff member. I didn't catch his name, but he was friendly and helpful.
Its like a 5 min walk to ilford high street so a great base for heading out.
The while hotel from entry is nice and clean, feels comfortable.
I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing location very close to the high street and station the place was clean toilet is a 10/10
The room stinked so bad like a rotten Egg or like a dead rat or animal hiding somewhere we couldn’t stay in the room we just spent like 2-3hrs and checked out it was really uncomfortable , plus the carpet was really wet in the room you can see the water when you walk around
