Not a friendly arrival and inadequate check in time
Pros:

Being able to get a kettle when asked for it. The bar being open. Very friendly service from gentleman on reception

Cons:

Not been able access it on arrival at 16-30 although we were informed it would be available.
The lady on reception was extremely rude and informed us that reception was closed until 18-00. Which was not what booking.com advertised. If we had known that we would have not booked.
