Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Nirvana Cosmopolitan Resort. Honnêtement, l’hôtel est encore mieux que sur les photos… qui sont pourtant déjà magnifiques !

Tout est parfaitement pensé pour accueillir les familles, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité tout en conservant une atmosphère agréable : malgré la taille du complexe, on n’a jamais l’impression d’être dans un grand hôtel impersonnel.

La salle de sport est bien équipée, avec des machines modernes. Il y a de nombreux équipements sportifs : terrains de foot, de basket, de paddle, de tennis, etc.

Le restaurant principal est un véritable food court, avec énormément de choix et surtout des produits de qualité. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

La plage est à seulement quelques pas, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Nous avons également été particulièrement chouchoutés, notamment par Mehdi, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Cerise sur le gâteau, ce fut un plaisir de pouvoir échanger en français avec lui ! Merci également à toute l’équipe d’avoir fait de mon anniversaire un moment inoubliable.

Nous repartons ravis et avec de très beaux souvenirs. Mention spéciale encore à Mehdi !

Exceptional experience overall. I was on honeymoon and once they found out, they gave me a lovely room, along with a personal assistant to make sure we had everything needed to make this a special occasion for us. The facilities and food were top notch and I really wished I could've stayed here longer. Will definitely be coming back in the future and will recommend this place to everyone.

Наш отдых в этом отеле прошёл замечательно. Мы отдыхали всей семьёй и остались очень довольны номера просторные, чистые и комфортные. Территория отеля большая и продуманная есть аквапарк, несколько открытых бассейнов с подогревом, теннисные и падел-корты и множество других развлечений для любого возраста.

Питание по системе «всё включено» на высоком уровне: разнообразное меню порадует как любителей морепродуктов и мясных блюд, так и поклонников итальянской кухни и правильного питания.

Отдельно хочется отметить наш визит в аля-карт ресторан Chayote невероятно вкусная кухня и очень атмосферная обстановка сделали этот вечер особенным.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули и с уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортный и насыщенный отдых. Обязательно вернемся сюда ещё раз.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön und sauber. Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Essen sowie die Auswahl waren gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub genießen.

Very nice closed environment with pool, beach, gym, water park, many sport fields (football, basketball, tennis and so on). The All inclusive is really well managed with a lot of variety and never hard to get while at same time is always given by a person and that makes everything better and cleaner). Is also extremely clean! The price / quality relation is very good and the employees very well trained and capable.

The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly, I would like to give a very special thanks to Mehdi from Guest Relations for his outstanding hospitality and care throughout our stay.

Mehdi went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment. He was always available, helpful, and professional, with a warm and friendly attitude.

The most memorable moment was when he surprised me on my birthday with a special cake. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made my stay even more magical.

An amazing stay! We were five young men traveling together, and we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel.

Everything was at a very high standard. The cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and throughout the entire hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and consistently high quality across all meals.

The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, whether at the pool, the beach, or around the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained at all times—we never felt bored.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would definitely repeat, and we highly recommend it to groups of friends looking for both fun and relaxation!

Everything was on point. Clean rooms, great location in Lara, and the facilities were well maintained. Big shoutout to Mahdi on the staff, he went above and beyond and really made the stay feel welcoming. The pool area and sports center were a nice bonus too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - very convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was how quiet it is, we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and were able to fully relax. The food was also excellent with plenty of options to choose from every day.
The swimming pools were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable.

Fra det øjeblik du træder ind på hotellet, bliver du overvældet af luksus og fantastisk service.
Personalet er smilende, hjælpsomme og servicemindede. Du bliver koblet op med deres assistentteam på Whatsapp med det samme og her modtager du info om underholdning, aktiviteter mm, ligesom du kan booke sportsaktiviteter, restaurantbesøg, roomservice osv.
Faciliteterne på hotellet er alle steder i top. Der er rent, ordentligt og overskueligt overalt.
Poolområderne er flotte, rene og der er rigeligt med solsenge, så der er altid plads. Vandlandet er fyldt med gode rutsjebaner og indbyder til mange timers leg.
Værelserne er store og velindrettede. Sengene er rigtig gode, med rigtige dyner og et udvalg af puder. Badeværelset er stort og rummelig.
Maden på hotellet er fuldstændig fantastisk. Både i den store buffet, ved poolen og stranden, samt i ala carte restauranterne. Vi spiste på Fellini, den tyrkiske og på Well done. Alle steder var maden af høj, høj kvalitet, veltilberedt og helt enormt velsmagende. Tror aldrig jeg har fået så god en bøf før, som på Well done. I den store buffet kan du vælge mellem et kæmpe udvalg af lækre retter. Alt er bag montre og personalet serverer det til dig. I lobbyen findes også en cafe, hvor du hele dagen kan få de lækreste kager og frit vælge i den store chokoladebuffet.
Underholdning på hotellet er i absolut topklasse. Langt den bedste, jeg endnu har oplevet på hoteller rundt om i verden.
Spaen på hotellet er stor og lækker. Der er et godt udvalg af massage og produkter.
Er du vild med sport tilbyder hotellet et stort sportscenter, samt tennis/padelbaner og to kæmpe fodboldbaner.
Hotellets service, kvalitet, mad og drinks gik langt ud over min forventning og jeg glæder mig allerede til at vende tilbage næste år, sammen med min familie.

The whole hotel is fabulous, staff, service, food,beach, facilities..... ext all are more than wonderful, we had gor more than what we actually paid.
