Pros:

הצוות היה נהדר ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו כולל תוספת זמן משמעותית לפינוי החדר ללא תשלום.
המלון יפה ונעים. מאוד צבעוני ונינוח.

Cons:

המזגן היה חלש (כמקובל בשוויץ). אנחנו פחות אוהבים דלת זכוכית חלבית לשרותים.

Top Lage - Hervorragende Preis/Leistungsauszeichnung
Pros:

Das Hotel unmittelbar neben dem Bahnhof ist an top Lage, wenn es um Zentrumsnähe geht. Das Bahnhofparking ist ideal und preiswert. Das Frühstück ist normal und nicht überladen - dennoch alles dabei für einen gelungenen, genährten Start in den Tag. Zimmer sind clever und etwas aussergewöhnlich gestaltet. Es findet sich alles und bietet alles, was ich als gewohnter Reisender suche. Daher - top (hervorragend) für Preis/Leistung. Nicht Luxus - doch idealer Standard für mich.

Cons:

Klimaanlage konnte ich leider nicht bedienen. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Fenster können geöffnet werden, doch das Leben ruht im belebten, quirligen Bahnhofquartier auch Nachts selten.

Dommage que le site Internet de l'Hôtel n'avertisse pas les voyageurs-ses - que s'ils tombent par hasard comme moi, dans la chambre No 609 - il leur faut impérativement emporter une lampe avec eux. Car il n'y a pas de lumière au-dessus du lavabo et du miroir qui le surplombe !.. Donc impossible pour les hommes de se raser ; et je n'évoque pas le fait que les femmes apprécient aussi de la lumière devant le miroir de la salle de bain.
Je serai bientôt octogénaire, et je n'ai jamais connu aucune chambre d'hôtel sur notre Planète, qui ne dispose pas de lumière pour permettre de me raser... Peut-être une spécificité à Genève, en raison du coût de la vie élevé qui la caractérise ? Ce qui induit effectivement une forme d'austérité sous-jacente et incontournable.

Aircon was locked at 20.7 however the sun heats the room up extensively.

During the heat of summer a fridge in the room is would be beneficial.

No fitness facility - would have been good considering the heat outside.

Cons:

Chambre trés chère 250E la nuit pour une personne compte tenu du niveau de standing de la chambre. je ne recherchais pas du luxe du tout mais on n'est même pas au niveau d'un ibis budget, même si le lit était il faut le dire confortable.
Quartier gare pas trés safe. On a dit au réceptionniste que l'on s'était garé à l'extérieur, il nous a vivement conseillé d'aller nous garer au parking payant de la gare pour ne pas avoir de problème.
Personnel cependant serviable et sympathique.

Excellent stay! I would definitely return.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful property, friendly staff. Good facilities and air conditioning.

Cons:

Easy to hit your head against the bed’s low headboard. A mini fridge would have been an improvement as I could not cool my medication, but the A/C helped.

I had a nice stay for just one night. Location is great and the room is clean.
